PMEX Remix 0.95DX Adding and re-ordering costumes

I am trying to to add some costumes to my copy of the Brawl PMEX Remix mod, 0.95DX. I'm pretty sure I've got down actually adding the costumes themselves, but when I open up the fighter folder in BrawlCrate, the costumes are not in the order I want them to be in. I can move them up or down, but even if I save, when I re-open the folder in BrawlCrate they're out of order again. It's difficult, because while I've seen tutorials for adding costumes, CSPs, and whatnot to various Brawl mods, there isn't anything for PMEX Remix specifically. Any help would be much appreciated.
