Before we start, a Short Hop Fair with Villager involves jumping off the ground while the Fair animation is happening. You can tell if you done it correctly is when you do it without the jumping sound effect.
Villager's fair is a projectile and it is awesome, however, some characters can avoid it by just simply standing. So this info can tell which characters can and can't avoid it from their standing animation.
F= Front M= Middle E= End These are the main areas of the pellet from the slingshot that will be used in the info.
S = Slender Slender means that, if you are too close to the character, Villager's arms will clip through the character and passing their hitbox, thus, making them not getting hit. This doesn't mean that they cannot be hit in the front.
PP = Precise Positioning This means that this requires good positioning at the front area. Some characters that can be hit from the front, needs great positioning in order to successfully hit them with the pellet at the front.

I didn't get any of the Mii's since their hitboxes depends on how you create them, so it's a bit too complicated.
Anyway, hope you find this helpful.
