Been hearing that Little Mac should be not nerfed or buffed, but rebalanced so that his ground game and airgame are less extreme and he's more of a well rounded fighter. What does everybody else think about this?

Personally I think it's great how extreme his strengths and weaknesses are. I don't see why people think he should be rebalanced so he loses both his strength and his weakness.

I do not think they should make him "well rounded" in this way. Being a Mac main and loving the character, I hope they don't nerf him. He's got enough problems as it is, despite his ground game being really good.

In my most honest opinion i think he's good how he is. Extremely funny and rewarding if you play him how he's meant to be played.

What I don't like? Lots of complaints everywhere by people that loosed to a good Mac and calling him "broken" or "OP" for that, and then see people calling him **** to defend they're opinion of "air game > ground game" even though they know this does not apply with Mac, but they just refuse to believe. (That's why we have believer makers ^_^) or they just played to a bad Mac.

All that confusion is what annoys me more, if making him well rounded make all this disappear i would be happy. But i doubt this happen anyway because he was design to be like that.

Leave him be. He's a boxer, they aren't known for fighting mid-air battles.

Not that plumbers, mice, gum, penguins, and dogs are...

Mac is unique in that he's explicitly designed to have a terrible air game while having an amazing ground game. For better or for worse, that's part of his charm. Get rid of that, and he'll start to feel like a glorified Mii Brawler.

Let's not be naive. As long as people are getting beaten by a character, they will complain and cry nerf.

Even if they can beat every other character, except for Little Mac.
Yep. Def 100% just the cry babies, No debate, they suck against Mac.
He's not really really really good at all.

Considering Mac dies if he so much as looks at the edge funny, this is less a problem with Mac and more his opponent not understanding the matchup.

Mac's fine as he is, as much as a scrub as I am, he's pretty easy to beat.

Sakurai seems to agree. Word is, Little Mac actually has by far the lowest win ratio of any character in For Glory, which Sakurai explains is likely from people getting beaten by Mac, thinking he's overpowered and switching to Little Mac, then getting crushed because Mac is harder to use than it looks.
