Since the midnight release, I haven't played a Wii game besides Brawl.

It's true. Brawl has literally been in my Wii since the midnight launch, with the few exceptions of having to take it out due to errors.

Just thought I'd share that little tidbit with y'all.

So, some discussion questions:
Have you done the same?
What's your Brawl total hour count?
When did you first buy Brawl?
How much longer are you going to be playing this game only?
What are your goals to set before giving this game a break?

I haven't done much at all besides play Brawl, let alone play other Wii games. We've clocked about 80 hours of play time so far.

brawl's all i wanted a wii for. i luckily got one a few days before march 9, which is when i got brawl. parents so severely limit play time to 1.5-2 hrs a day, only on weekends. they're all that keep me from playing nonstop all day...that and ap chemistry

Well, Brawl was the primary purpose for picking up my Wii next to scoring girls. But you also need to look at the Wii's library, Brawl is basically the best multiplayer game on it by a long-shot.

It's not like there's anything else worth playing on the Wii.
My gosh, a troll!

Unless this guy is serious, let me just say: Mario Galaxy, Twilight Princess, Metroid Prime 3, Fire Emblem.

And to OP:
1. I actually have had another game in my Wii, I played Metriod Prime 3, because that is the only game I got for Christmas on my Wii I have yet to beat, I really like it though. Plus my 5-year-old sister likes to play Wii Sports.
2. I think my total brawl count is 30 or 40 hours, possibly more.
3. I bought Brawl the first day it was out, but I didn't play until the Tuesday after because that was my brother's B-day, and Brawl was his gift.
4 and 5, I've played other games so they don't apply.

If you're not gonna count the Newground games I play at my job, yes. Brawl is the only game I've been playing since its midnight launch.

What's your Brawl total hour count?
I dunno. All I know is that I have Ray MKIII unlocked as an AT and I still don't have Isaac or the Advance Wars army.

When did you first buy Brawl?
The Midnight Launch

How much longer are you going to be playing this game only?
Who knows? Melee was the only game I've played for almost a year.

What are your goals to set before giving this game a break?
Get a Wii LAN Adapter

Bought it at the midnight release, slid the CD in about 15 minutes later when I got home, it hasn't left the system yet, and it won't leave the system probably until Mario Kart.

Honestly, are you surprised by that?

I higlhly respect pretty much everything, but, if you can be honest, really, really honest, you bought a wii to playe loads of games, or did you buy it because it was a requisitous thing to play brawl?

If brawl had a dual-console release similar to Twilight Princess, would you have your wii?
