Almost one month has passed since release. In retrospect....

  • This is by far the best Smash ever. Like, I don't even know how they will top this.

  • Pretty freakin' good; I have a few qualms over things like internet play, balancing issues, etc.

  • It's ok, but [insert Smash game here] is better.

  • I'd rather play Parcheesi.

Pfft DK just punches and kicks things, occasionally going into barrel and sending his mass towards the opponent or throwing them like an ape.

Funky invented guns that shoots lethal pieces of fruit, a barrel transportation device, a surfboard that is unbreakable, and mastered his racing career. He also doesn't fling feces.

DK can only dream of Funky being a chad version of himself.

T U T How much I regret not having picked the Japanese Super Metroid boxart shirt when I found it tho...it was so beautiful...because of Ridley alone.

I had a Mario shirt, Mario Chess Board, Mario Monopoly, Mario Stuffed animal, Yoshi stuffed animal, Bowser stuffed animal, Mario poster, weird Mario Golf toy, and probably more I can't remember. I definitely wasn't a Mario fanboy ;)

Almost all the nerd gear I've got is stuff I got as a Kid/Teenager (Dragon Ball, Pokémon and Digimon figurines and the like) or stuff I got as pre-order bonuses for games (e.g. Ho-Oh and Solgaleo figures, a Fire Emblem Fates T-Shirt).

I've got a small army of amiibo, Guzzlord and Mega Rayquaza plushes, and a Mewtwo figure.

I have a hoodie with a Mewtwo emblem I wear when its cold, a neat Charizard shirt I bought at a convention, and a few LoZ shirts I sometimes wear. You can bet I'll wear that Zard shirt to tournies once I'm able to attend them.

I have a couple of Kirby t-shirts, a crap ton of amiibo, a Marx plush, a Magolor plush, and a Red Pikmin plush.

I have a wall of statues and action figures... Like a literal wall. And we made the spare bedroom a library of sorts for comics, omnibuses and nine different classic consoles hooked to a TV.

On a related note, what is a "savings account"?

XD I got quite a lot of stuff of plenty of things...I had actually taken a photo of my entire shelf filled with the stuff I have collected over the years...I did a lot of funny photo montages with that stuff. Most of the stuff though, is not new, just a handful of the items are. I got the mayority of the things in those "Treasure hunts" I used to go certain days of the week to take a walk. I had a smaller shalf, but I had so much stuff that it could barely be appreciated, so I got it changed to a way bigger wooden shelf and arranged it depending on the games/series/movies or just other stuff I was fan of, like cute fluffy seals. I will have to find a way to move ALL that when I return home tho. I already lost a few tiny items when I got surprised with a new shelf, but eh, I got these two:

Nerdy stuff? The most I have is a Triforce t-shirt, but that's nothing special. I also have a Majora's Mask poster but the new place I'm renting out doesn't allow any posters up on the walls :(

Nerdiest thing I probably wore was a Doopliss costume (from Paper Mario: TTYD) to a Halloween party when I was about 8 or 9 or something. Unsurprisingly, nobody recognised it. Oh well, could just pretend I was a ghost I suppose.

(T U T It just came to me...I hope after almost 6 months away from home, my stuff is still intact...probably will have a lot of stuff to dust off and wash...well, I'm not sure if I should put the Poke plushies in a washing machine, specially not inside those old ones, sigh, only time will tell).

Travis uses rechargeable katanas in both of the original games. I think the most unique way to portray him is the duel katanas (basically the wiimote/nunchuck) from NMH2.

Fire Emblem characters aren't exactly ninjas. You can also pull from moves in his appearances in other fighting games and the modern Xbox series.
