Almost one month has passed since release. In retrospect....

  • This is by far the best Smash ever. Like, I don't even know how they will top this.

  • Pretty freakin' good; I have a few qualms over things like internet play, balancing issues, etc.

  • It's ok, but [insert Smash game here] is better.

  • I'd rather play Parcheesi.

Which was a huge insult in mid evil Europe.

In those days, EVERYONE was invited to those kind of parties. Even people you hated.

They gave her a middle finger by blatantly telling her she wasn't invited when she was already there AND in front of everyone.

The king and queen essentially humiliated her in public.

Maleficent is petty, but her anger makes sense.




Kind of makes me wonder if she would have given Aurora a gift if she was actually invited.

In the Yoshi games Kamek is Baby Bowser's Nanny, but in Paper Mario Kammy is Bowser's assistant, but in New Super Mario Bros Kamek returns as Bowser's Lackey.

What the **** happened to Kammy?

I don't remember that.

She was always gonna start trouble there, but I don't think she was gonna go after Aurora until she was insulted by the king and queen.

Yeah, the curse was initially gonna kill Aurora, but one of the fairies altered it to be a deep sleep instead...

Of course, the live-action Maleficent movie retconned that, because making her evil is TOO SCARY

I heard they're doing a live-action Lilo & Stitch in a few years.

Lilo & Stitch is literally my childhood. It's one of my favorite movies of all time, it inspired me to pursue animation and it shaped me as a person.

STOP.

Which in turn made the green fairy useless.

There’s a lot of dumb decisions that movie made though in retrospect I haven’t been impressed by any of the Disney live-action reboots so far (the only exception was Christopher Robin)

In reality, I expect Mulan to be an action flick with none of the charm of the original.

Kind of like how the Beauty and the Beast was the original version but.... less charming.

It's a shame because the Jungle Book reboot was actually great, and it was great because they took it in a different direction.
