Taxes on imported goods and apparently every company operating there on massive profit margins.

The entire Brazilian system is too protectionist, corrupt, messed up, and based strongly on consumption taxes. You can literally find imported Brazilian food cheaper in other countries than in Brazil in many cases.

A country with legitimate complaints about why they pay (a little) more is Mexico. Brazil is its own worst enemy unfortunately, only Sega ever really made it work, with a Brazilian distributor.

Pretty sure Wario in Smash is the same Wario as every other game he appears. I don't feel he's out of character at all.

Sure, he doesn't use any specific moves straight from Wario Land, but he has his trademark super strength and is a heavyweight while adding the zaniness of the WarioWare games to the mix.

I feel that's where Sakurai tried to aim with his Smash moveset and I think it works well.

2. All moves with fire effect are given darkness effect instead
3. Make Falcon Punch faster but weaker
4. Raptor Boost (renamed as Blood Boost) sends foes diagonally instead of upwards
5. Forward tilt has less knockback
6. Final Smash is renamed Blood Hawk and is the same as Captain Falcon's with the obvious difference of driving the Blood Hawk instead of the Blue Falcon
7. And you're done

Blood doesn't exist as GFX in Smash though, and would require more work. This is an easy copy-paste clone character. New GFX are not allowed.

His FS would be Bloody Hell.
He would be dark, gritty, and have a hyper realistic moveset with lots of red.
