You dont need to play gay to get your opponent frustrated. I get most frustrated against fox and i dont find fox gay(unless hes spamming lasers on hyrule). He is just a frustrating caracther to play against imo.

Gay is a stupid word to use to describe anything related to smash64 when you're actually trying to make a point.

All i mean is kirbys are very annoying at a high level.

Real REAL pro mods totally would, realizing the intense irony and potential hilarity of the scenario.

Unfortunately... I'm not that pro. :(
That's definitely what I thought was your reason for the double post at first. When I found it was an accident, I was mad disappointed.

Or not, because I'm telling myself you really did do it on purpose. You just don't want to admit you broke the rules for a joke. I'm on to you, DMoogle

Was that a double post I heard :awesome:
MOOGLE!!

Moogle yourself.....NOW!!!

Due to Moogle's infamous infracting skillz a guy came a long named Korrup who witnessed this pain of being infracted numerous amount of times, one day made up a phrase called "getting Moogled". Getting Moogled is probably the worst way to get infracted, before your post even gets in to the SWF system Moogle's senses be tingling like a mutha***** to jump right online to rain hell on the poor users.

You clearly don't know who Mic128 is.

I wonder what I'm like when I'm drunk.

I have too many I want to put in. If I had to nail it down to one I'd have to give it to FMA's Again - YUI. YUI is a phenomenal singer.

I like practically everyone's given links, especially Soul Eater OP.

Except she isn't, she was very well known even before doing the opening due to her other amazing songs and awards.

For the record I wasn't just replying to your post, also there are always exceptions to the rule. The Blue Hearts who wrote the song that i posted are a very influential band in the Japanese punk scene. Not to mention that song was released 20 years before the anime came out. I would be willing to bet that bands like Asian Kung Fu Generation, or Nightmare (**** visual kei btw) would not be as popular if they didn't have there songs in anime.

Actually I was calling both Surri and Blue Yoshi out. :) I responded to the thread to bring the participants to the attention that I was moving the discussion to the social thread, which I did by posting your quotes in here, thus putting the pro in proactive.

Much love.
I was actually wondering whether or not I should have posted that or not... but then decided to post it anyways. You set yourself up too perfectly for me not to. :p

sort of ordered, but not really past the first 3

Clannad After Story OP
Star Driver 2nd OP
Gurren Lagann 2nd ED
Madoka OP and or ED
Code Geass R2 2nd OP
Myself; Yourself ED
Zetsubou Sensei OP
one of the FMA ones, but I forget which

there are plenty which have good music but an awful OP (any OP/ED which is just recycled scenes from episode 1, for example), can't be bothered listing them though

I had the "no music" cheat running for smash on the emulator (offline smash), and I just let the emulator go (went through the intro, how to play, demo match loop). After a few loops, when it did the "how to play", it played the music. It hasn't done it again since (I let it loop another 10ish times)... but yeah... I did not touch or open the cheat window the entire time, and no music has played since... but it did play that one time while doing the "how to play" scene.

Either my computer sucks... or... (could this maybe explain some desynchs?)

It's not specific to how to play mode.

I've often had that either in the winner screen or even on stage.

I don't think it might cause DS since no input is involved. One will just have the music playing during the game while the other doesn't.
But I might be wrong as always.

By "could this explain DS", I meant that in general, is it possible that one person's cheats decide not to work for some reason, resulting in a DS. I know music won't cause DS by itself, but if, for me, the "no music" cheat failed offline, it's very possible that a cheat may not work online, causing DS.

But even if a cheat didn't work, what would happen? The usual cheats are: have all chars, have mushroom kingdom and no music. In any case one of the player will notice if a cheat is not activated. And if a cheat is disabled while playing well I don't think it will affect either (the hidden char won't disappear lol).

So I don't see what you meant. =(
Could you elaborate maybe?

Why is everyone who has "kane" in their name a toss?

Sharksquail was being honest in his opinion, and I would agree with him. I'd want to be famous for recognition of my talent rather than the popularity of a show.

Novakane was the other I was trying to reference.

But tbh that is unjustified, he has been cool as of late, wonder why.

Uh, you don't think getting on a show in the first place counts as getting recognition for your talent?

I could be really wrong about this, but i was always under the impression that the companies that make the anime and the record lable that supply the op/ed music are owned by the same people, so it's more like free advertising than actual recognition of talent. I think this also explains why they change the op/ed so often.

You can make it with little talent, an attractive face, and very catchy tune.
Uh, doesn't the fact that you have a "catchy tune" imply that you have some talent at least?

Also why does your face matter for being an anime intro? Not to mention that that is a major factor regardless of whether you are in anime intros or not

So what? Someone putting your music in a show still is recognition of your music.

In other news, I'm happy because I finally did the first combo from this video successfully:
