I will humbly try to adapt to it, instead of moaning and groaning about how I lost to spammers. My beef is already listed, though. It's effortless and takes no skill.normally people complain about spamming because they saw a certain move set executed so much that they remember it after the match has ended... spamming is annoying but there are ways around it.. too many people complain about it instead of adapting to it.. no matter how much people bash it.. it will not change the players playing style.. i suggest they get over it and compensate for their lack of adaptation
Spam Dos Exits!
It comes in a can and is great fried with eggs.
That depends on what you're doing, I think. For example, let's say that you were Link and you threw your boomerang. It is apparent that you'll want me to come closer to you. Let's say that you're Pikachu, and all you do is Down+B (Thunder), and that's all you do throughout the entire battle.Serious:
Well, more than twice in a row seems kind of a small window. i use most charas A combo and am automatically spamming because i hit 3 times?
Nope. It takes no skill. Spam until your opponent is weak enough to be struck out with a different move. Simple. It's like using Pit, firing arrow after arrow, and then doing a f-smash.It takes no skill? I don't know man, I think it takes skill to actually lose to someone that uses the same thing over and over.Spam is a double edged sword. On one hand, it's handy to use a strong move a lot of times, on the other hand, it's extremely predictable.
This is truth! Snake's Dash Attack causes many spamming complaints, even if it is not used often.normally people complain about spamming because they saw a certain move set executed so much that they remember it after the match has ended...
soooo...this is why it was nerfed T_TWhen you play to win,you use whatever works against you opponent to win, even if it's a Link up-B the entire match. The person who uses the same move over and over IS the one at a disadvantage not the "normal" fighter. If you cant adapt to spamming attacks then it shows where your skill is lacking. But if you can,the spammer loses his "advantage"and will be forced to use a different tactic or simply lose.
You sir are wrong. Spamming, by the definition of 4 moves in 10 seconds or whatever it is, takes an incredible amount of skill. Sure, if you're just hitting B with Fox fast enough to get a stream of never-ending lasers, that's not exactly an advanced tech, but to win by spamming takes a lot of time and practice.Nope. you forgot ganon's Utiltspamming is bad when you only use warlock punch all game, and win. that is too bad.
ps in smash 4 they should make ganondorf yell "GANONDORF PUNCH!" and "GANONDORF KICK!" when he does moves, and his taunt should say "SHOW ME YOUR TRIFORCE!"
See, that requires no skill at all. But will you win a game with it? No, because it takes even less skill to avoid.*copy-and-paste user*
Who said I get beaten by it? It's annoying and it slows the game down. I didn't say they beat me. I DO know how to use the jump and shield button lol...See, that requires no skill at all. But will you win a game with it? No, because it takes even less skill to avoid.
And if you're getting beaten by that, then you should worry about your own skill level before whining about others'.
B, B, B, B in ten seconds or less takes no skill at all.You sir are wrong. Spamming, by the definition of 4 moves in 10 seconds or whatever it is, takes an incredible amount of skill.
Correction: Some spamming takes a lot of time. Ganondorf's neutral B would be a perfect example.Sure, if you're just hitting B with Fox fast enough to get a stream of never-ending lasers, that's not exactly an advanced tech, but to win by spamming takes a lot of time and practice.
Here is what takes skill: Using Samus' d-air, jab, d-tilt (or d-smash) to damage your opponent with 32%. Surely you can perform the SHDA (short hop dash attack?) without using the neutral B about three or four times. It makes me wonder how many arrows you have to fire before making the SHDA work properly. Skill? Here's skill: throwing a Bomb into the air, grabbing your opponent and tossing him/her in the direction of that Bomb with either Link or Toon Link. That takes skill, especially against those who can escape this strategic method.Let's look at Toon Link. Everyone complains that Toon Link players (of which I am one) just sit and spam his neutral B, which is not necessarily false. But then do you know about the SHDA practice that goes into it, or that you use it as an approach (which may lead to an accidental boomerang, screwing your strategy), or that you can use Battlechrist's turning AT to air pivot, while still shooting the direction you were facing to set up a Bair? No? Huh, because that's spamming moves too.
I can agree with this.Working that button-hitting into a winning strategy is.
