I honestly don't want to take my truck again...I can every once in awhile, but I NEED it to last me the next 5 yearsthrough college, and it has ~190000 miles on it.

if you guys are willing to drive, though, it'd probably be smarter for me to ride with you. As always, I could help drive etc...

EDIT: Why don't we all ride together if possible? Would make gas cheeeapper..

Soo.....Joker lives 2 hrs from the venue...this makes the trip 6.5 hours instead of 4.5 hours...I don't know if I want to drive that far.

Yeah, I thought the tournament was 2 hours away from Joker in the OPPOSITE direction from my place. It's not, so the venue is actually closer to me (only four hours away!). We're getting a motel. If you're riding with me, bring some extra cash. We'll get a one bed motel and split it 4 ways.

Yeah, so a one bed should be fine for us. I already checked if there was a Motel 6 in the area and there's one 2 miles outside of Iowa City, so we're good to go.

quite a few of these luxuries can be obtained in other places, but you'd need more than $5/night for that

not to mention this is a house not some hotel room that has probably been the site of far too much sexual activity
