Stage Builder advice

1. Make it possible to kill your opponent. Avoid making temple effects.
2. Don't make an area that only some characters can get to (Pit, Jigglypuff), that others can't (Bowser, DK)
3. If it doesn't ruin your plan, try putting a few normal blocks in the corners as to not screw over characters with tether recoveries.

4. You must remake at least one Smash 64 stage.

5. Always follow #3.

6. Put spikes on top of an enclosed stage to make you spawn inside it.
Only use this stage in Stamina matches.

7. It doesn't have to be symmetrical!

8. Don't give it lame music.

9. Make sure characters get flying off the stage, not into it. (Like lower part of Hyrule Temple)

17. On a Large stage, don't make the stage small and at the top.

18. On a Small stage, don't cover every little space of land. Usually leads to temple effects or hall like areas.

Also, both of these usually make it hard to recover. Should be common sense, but just in case. Haha.
