Just curious: In the next demo, will the Smash stick command be 4 buttons (up, down, left, right) instead of 1 like it is now?

That would be SO helpful as I could use the same controller button mapping for both this game & Super Smash Flash 2.

A c-stick sort of option would actually be pretty cool, IMO.

I happened to notice after I selected my controls for movements, the character screen appeared blank other than Crusade and Start. Can someone tell me what to do?

Did you extract both rar files onto one folder? Also, try to run it as an administrator if on Windows 7.

I did and nothing worked

I have a Toshiba laptop, so not sure exactly which one I have

Share a screnshot of your laptop, then. Or just enter on Control Panel and rightclick - properties, there will be information of what OS has your laptop.

Try turning off memory-heavy and power consuming applications using Task Manager or completely rebooting your system.

Regarding c-stick, upcoming version will allow you to use either 1 smash button like before or 4 buttons akin to c-stick.

Please just delete the controls.ini file in this case and set up your own controls in menu. Thanks for your time.

I'm enjoying what I've played so far.

However, the Excitebike stage is missing A LOT of textures so there's black everywhere.

Aside from 6-player matches on some of the more detailed stages, the game runs at a flawless 60fps.

Another problem I'm seeing: Green Hill Zone is having massive slow downs (also, Hyrule Temple is missing its stage preview icon but that's not too important).
