You could control Melee Sandbag with an AR, maybe there's something to that effect in Brawl.


Goldeen, although being a Pokemon that's invincible, cannot attack and would disappear after a set time to prevent a stalemate. Targets die in one hit. Sandbag and balloon are tied at top tier with moving target not far behind.

Balloon because they would have a draw for game 1, and a draw for all the CPs, except balloon could CP a moving stage, and all 3 other opponents would get KO'd by the moving stage. If it's a moving target, then they're tied.

Also, Magikarp can learn tackle and flail, and it can always struggle.

Goldeen can too but it doesn't even use them in Brawl. And Magikarp isn't in Brawl.

The baloon doesn't die. It floats away and waits. You also forgot to mention that the Target is an alchoholic
