It looks like the mess could have been almost completely avoided if the pools cutoff wasn't as harsh. Anyone should realize that if you allow half as many players as usual to make it out of pools, then you must be twice as careful in seeding those pools to make sure nobody is essentially going in as a lame-duck odd man out.

1) find a venue that allows for more flexibility (nothing ever goes according to plan, right?)
2) allow more people to make it out of pools to lessen the severity of a possible poor judgment in seeding

The reason for such a steep cutoff was because of the lack of time the owner imposed on me last minute. I had no idea he was going to do this to me. He originally said I had until 8 and then he ended up switching it to 7. I was then forced to make a decision. I was put in an unfavorable position hours before the tournament was supposed to end. He did not understand that last minute decisions really hinder my ability to run things smoothly. We had a long talk and now that he knows how things work he's willing to be more accomadating. That's if I want to do this again. He really wants to though.

I heard about that. Is it accurate to say that everyone's problems could be traced back to the venue flexibility (or lack thereof)? It's interesting to analyze the source of the biggest problems from a tourney... I went through that process after each and every SWEET, and it was very helpful in preparing for the next one.

It just seems like every time I attack one issue another gets dropped on me out of the blue.

T.Oing is not easy. There's a lot of **** involved especially when you have 40 + showing up. People need to realize that. Anyway I need to go see what I can do about getting a new phone in the meantime and then I will post the results up and make my list for the PR.

As soon as I have a list ready i will post and as soon as the TRUE PR is done I will make the image. Lain's image is done with already so that 1 down lol

to make things faster, u could possibly make images for the people who u think will be on it, then put the numbers on it when the true list is created

Yeah, I've mained Snake since winter of last year. Since my Wolf is still good, I switch to him based on my gut feeling and matchup knowledge like against fzk...and I lost my last Wolf ditto against Sumer in bracket.

Tomorrow is my super short day of classes so when i get home at 1pm I will start on the images. I can have the entire thing done by tomorrow evening at the latest.
