The way Miku’s release should work is that she’ll have two versions. One sold normally and one in a Music Pass. The Music Pass variant will either be included or you’ll have to grind XP (Every 2 levels = 1 Music Pass level) for her (XP can come from any mode, although keep in mind for dailies they are shared across all modes (except Save the World which has its own dailies). Also I would not worry about timing since as a Festival headliner she’ll likely stay until March, when the next artist rolls in. Afterwards, she’ll make appearances in the shop.

I feel like tonally it’s a bit all over the place - a lot more serious than I expected from Gunn, and then you have Krypto show up. Also, I had no idea Guy Gardner was in this.

I trust Gunn to deliver on the story front. Not excited yet but hopefully later trailers are better.

I'm only quarter way until I'm finally done Krampus: The Yule Lord.

It's been a fun read and this might be one of my favorite interpretations of Krampus ever portrayed. Love how Norse Mythology is thrown into the mix.

Then onto Wildside by Steven Gould next for the new year.

I like it, but I don't really like the color grading. It looks like someone turned up the contrast on a filter way too high.

Got an S Rank in every stage I did so far (up to Sunset Heights atm). Had to replay some of them to get it but it wasn't too hard for me.

I only fought one boss so far though and I got a measley B Rank against Biolizard

I’m now caught up to the One Piece anime and beyond with the manga. Currently at 1100 with Kuma and Bonney’s backstory.

The Straw Hat pirates are looking for the last piece of a four-piece puzzle that tells you the location of the One Piece, which is currently on Elbaph. Captain Kidd spoke about a “burnt man” who has said piece at the end of Wano, eventually ending up on Elbaph.

This obviously implies the burnt man is Saul from Ohara, who is revealed to be alive during Egghead and in Vegapunk’s flashback.

Furthermore, Blackbeard’s crew later chimes in that this burnt man rides an all-black ship that uses whirlpools to sink anyone who gets too close.

After Saul is betrayed by the government and left for dead, plus the new flashback showing the revolutionary Dragon having been on Ohara for a while before Vegapunk arrived, there’s no doubt in my mind that he’s now a revolutionary riding Dragon’s all-black ship, as it’s shown in 1099.

But does Dragon have the devil fruit power that’s capable of making whirlpools? …I don’t ****ing know, maybe. But I do think that the Revolutionary Army has the last Pon, not Shanks.

If anyone who’s currently caught up with OP disagrees feel free to chime in because this series is getting pretty good now, ngl

They said on top of having plans to use Silver. They intend to go up to six films. Shadow is also getting his own spin-off film.

No surprise considering how much they can take from the games to get ideas.

I uh… was making a joke about the game Sonic 4 and how that was meant to be a trilogy.

As for the Silver news, that is interesting. Especially since I’ve been playing Sonic 06 recently to see how it is (the music is good, the rest of the game ain’t).

Also you're currently about to experience the best and most depressing flashback in the story

Speaking of Marvel Vs Capcom, although someone from another thread posted this, I found this regarding to the selection process for Marvel side for Marvel Vs Capcom 1 rather interesting:
  • Originally, the Marvel side proposed by Capcom was initially meant to consist of Spider-Man, Captain America, Hulk, Wolverine, Gambit, Psylocke, Thor, Dr. Doom, Juggernaut and Thanos.
  • They also had a list of other Marvel characters which where approved for use that consisted of the likes of Beast, Deathlok, Iron Fist, Quasar, Namor, Sasquatch, Machine Man, Elektra, Speedball, Spider-Woman and Medusa. In addition villains from Fin Fang Foom, Super Skrull, Wizard, Ultron, Diablo, Scorpion and Dr. Octopus were also approved for use.
  • The development team did had a proposed list which include Spider-Man, Captain America, Wolverine, Hulk, Iron, Thor, Psylocke, Venom, Jubilee, Mr. Fantastic and Howard the Duck.
  • There were even plans in which Galactus would serve as the final boss, but Marvel decided against it.
  • When the development team pitched their proposed list to Marvel, they said no to Iron Man, Thor, Howard the Duck and the Fantastic Four. Both Iron Man and the Fantastic Four were under exclusivity contracts at the time.
  • Psylocke and Jubilee were both meant to be in Marvel Vs Capcom 1, however due to the space limitations of the CPS2, neither of them made the cut.
  • Capcom seemed to want Howard the Duck as a playable character and even so, Marvel decided against it.

Relieved. It feels so good to see a Superman movie that has no problems with going full comic book levels of silliness/ridiculousness with things like Krypto the Superdog, the Fortress of Solitude, and Guy Gardner's haircut. The three central characters (Clark/Superman, Lois, and Lex) look great from what little we see here - that shot of Superman flying by Lex's tower, only for Lex to turn away in anger, does a great job with summarizing who Lex Luthor is. (I'm hoping they take inspiration from the DCAU, as Clancy Brown's portrayal of Lex is the definitive one in my eyes)

There's not much to go on since there's only about five words of spoken dialogue, but I'm definitely going to watch this as soon as possible. (it helps that it comes out a day before my birthday, so that makes for an easy birthday present to myself haha)
