I just like collecting and owning physical things because it gives me the happy brain chemicals
If id want happy brain chemicals, Id go pet a dog personaly. Dogs dont make landfills get bigger and not adding to pollution also give me happy brain syndrome (too bad it doesnt matter in the end)

So finally seen the Sonic 3! It was awesome.

I'll have to rewatch it again though which I intend sometime in the new year to determine whether I like it more than the second or just as equally but overall. What a great way to end this year for movies.

So seeing the movie, I noticed they slightly changed some stuff from the games. Rather than being created from Black Doom's DNA created to be used as a cure for Maria's terminal illness, Shadow just landed on earth in a meteor. I wonder if that'll be explored in his spin-off? Also Gerald just worked at the facility and Shadow simply just befriended Maria who wasn't terminally ill. Her death also being accidental.

Also for some reason I feel this version of Amy will be more like her Sonic Boom incarnation in terms of personality, not as fangirl obsessive, but the mystery remains until the fourth movie is how did and why is Amy on earth now? Are Mobians perhaps deciding to start moving to earth? That's something I'd like to see which would be a good way to introduce other characters like Vector, Espio, Charmy, Big, Cream, Vanilla, etc. If that happens, makes me wonder how the GUN and the world would take it. Lol.

Edit: And seems time travel or Black Doom in disguise wasn't responsible for Dr. Gerald, he just apparently managed to live for very long.

Also fun fact: The Knuckles Sonic 2 prequel comic to the second film features Vector, Espio and Charmy as a cameo, so they exist in the movie universe.
regarding the age thing, a deleted scene would have revealed that him licking shadows quil was what kept him alive longer. Implying his powers do grant immortality to a degree like what he was created for.
Thinking of the Minecraft Movie concept that was Jason Mamoa using Minecraft to connect a nursing home or the terminally ill or something like that.

I can't remember if that was actually the og idea or I was making things up.
That was the original draft for the film under a different director. Steve Carell was in it instead of Jason and was living in a retirement home where Minecraft was the only thing to bring joy into his life. He’d eventually befriend the other characters going through their own issues in the town and Minecraft would be focused on helping them deal with their problems, providing comfort.

Long live the king.

It's cool that Microsoft is letting Rare games be added to NSO but they could do much more as they also own other companies who have made games for the supported consoles like Activision.

I can't say this about every non-Rare N64 game MS has the rights to, but in Tony Hawk's case there'd be a lot of licensing issues to deal with-the skaters, their boards, the songs, the product placement, etc.

Yes, they've done a big number of licensed games but they also have stuff like Pitfall, Crash, and Spyro

my office, probably
I just beat all of the hard challenge acts in Shadow Generations and I'll say, they most certainly live up to that title

**** Sunset Heights Act 1's challenge act in particular because you basically need to forgo almost all ring you see and reaching the target rings requires you to be frame perfect

Did all of the canon paths in Sparking Zero's story mode

A bit disappointing, I kinda wish they used the resources for some of the weirder paths to just go with a full story retelling like in BT2, because as it stands I don't know why Goku Black and Jiren have full story paths, and why Future Trunks only covers the Goku Black arc, it all feels redundant and repetitive.

As for the What if paths, they seem pretty cool, but a lot of the unlock requirements seem really obtuse, and I don't feel like going through that right now, I did get a few on accident and a lot of them while neat are not really super in depth a lot of the time, but I know there are some pretty cool ones I haven't done

I've always maintained that this series feels worse when you try to treat it like a proper competitive fighting game instead of a "battle simulator" and that still applies here, the standard matches with a random variety of characters is still exactly what I wanted for over a decade and is great fun.

I also have small gripes with the gameplay like over complicating Beam Clashes, I think I noticed some Input Delay and stuff like that, but it is all just me being pedantic, Budokai Tenkaichi is back, and I am happy about that

I think I am going to replay Shadow Generations, I really think I made my experience unnecessarily worse by somehow rushing and also taking too long to play it.

I've been playing Marvel Vs Capcom: Arcade Fighting Collection and I am still having loads of fun with this collection (in which I completed the Punisher arcade game for the first time( in which I am glad that they brought this to the Nintendo Switch platforms.

Still wished that there were a Tekken, SoulCalibur, Dead or Alive Collection editions as I do believe they will help broaden and maybe revitalise the franchise further.
