It's real now. Early April for a Direct about it. I wonder how many games will actually get shown off, or if it's mostly gonna be a tech related event.

I've got some more progress done on the next drawing. I'm hoping that by the end of this week, I'll be 7 or even 8 drawings into the backlog I'm setting up. But we'll see. After that, I'll start up MMBN 2 probably and get more progress in for other art stuff as well. Lot I'm tryna get done.

So is anyone here actually buying DKCR? I might get it if my NSO vouchers are at risk of expiring which is pretty likely, probably Tropical Freeze too if Prime 4 releases later in the year which is absolutely gonna be the case

I got the 3DS version and I beat the final boss a couple months before the announced the remake. I took a long break from the game and then suddenly the final fight only took a few tries. Though it isn't one of the titles I bothered to 100% like Samus Returns.

So.......other then Switch 2 reveal, Mario Kart 9 is confirmed.

Stand now able to allow switch to lay down, Joycons now click into console rather than sliding in and can operate as a mouse, screen is bigger....people are now wondering about its processing power.

Also, looking at the models, it looks like they're using their SNES era proportions and designs, like ripped out of Super Mario Kart. Very stylized.

Shout out to Baten Kaitos. The world record for 100%ing that game is 338 hours. That is not a typo.

One time I saw a 100% speedrun of Gran Turismo 4 that went over 9 days 14 hours - understandable given the literally 24 HOUR LONG LEVELS in that game.

To tackle that behemoth, the speedrun was a co-oporative effort between four absolute madlads. Looks like when it comes to insanely long speedruns, teamwork makes the dreamwork.

I wonder… if the Switch 2 gets any updates for old games, what games would you want for it?

Minecraft is top of the list but Fortnite is another contender due to the Switch lacking the Save the World mode (Speaking of Fortnite).

First party wise, I expect some of the games coming soon to have Switch 2 enhancements.
