Alright, I did a new roster for a Multiversus rework/follow-up/sequel. I kept it Brawl sized (OK it's one character bigger than Brawl but I just wanted it to be an even number, don't shout at me). I also listed some candidates for DLC, but I didn't set those in stone like I did with the main roster, they're just options.

This is a really nice roster with a wide array of representation. This represents a LOT of WB's most iconic...things in general as well as some more underrated picks.

Thinking about the Switch 2 mouse feature and all the gimmicky game mechanics they’ll come up with to justify it.
Like the new 3D Mario giving him a little computer buddy who clicks on him to make him jump higher.
Or Link using the new “Spirit Mouse” to hack into Ganondorf’s server where he downloaded the Triforce.

I would imagine it would be clutch for games with heavy UIs, like Mario Maker or on the topic of a mouse, Mario Paint.
Also, can be real nice with shooters; mouse aiming is far better than controller sticks.

As you might recall, I've come up with the Love type - a new Pokemon type. And what's a new Pokemon type without a new Eeveelution? ...well it's the steel type. But nonetheless...here's our new Love-type Eeveelution - AND a Luvdisc evo that ties to it!
Emoteon, as you can expect, is very driven by its feelings. The smiley face in its bubble reflects how it's feeling. So when Emoteon is sad, the bubble frowns too. Emoteon stakes its pride as a protector of wild Luvdisc populations, scaring off predators that attack the schools of rendevouz fish. They are also very close to the leader of each school - which usually happen to be the new Luvivor. The two Pokemon essentially have a symbiotic relationship, working together to protect the creatures of the ocean and the love that blooms within the Pokemon world.
Luvivor are extremely loyal and steadfast Pokemon that will do anything for the people and Pokemon it cares for - be it a school of Luvdisc, its mate, its Emoteon partner, or its trainer. Luvivor's powers of passion are strong enough to let it fly through the air as well as swim through the ocean, creating a romantic aura around itself that puts surrounding people and Pokemon in a good mood.
Deep within Purore's lore, there is also a story of heroism and triumph that surrounds these two and Eevee in general. When a past experiment of the Purorian branch of Team Rocket rampaged across the region, said to have been a failed attempt at re-sequencing Eevee's genes to create a human-made Pokemon warrior, all seemed lost. But then, a fearsome Emoteon, its Luvivor partner, and two other Eeveelutions - one a fast-running, flying hero capable of speedy lunges and U-turns, and the other a levitating wyrm-fox with scales of pure gold - took on the corrupted abomination and sealed it into the ruins of the lab that it was created, now locked up tightly by Purore's authority figures.
In the post-game, once you have the power of a regional Champion and protector of Purore, you are given permission to enter this abandoned lab and confront this banished being...

Looked up what the line was.
The removed line was actually dialogue straight from the original show that got altered in the parody in question. The original line was just Jenny trying to convince an antagonist not to eat or steal her brain (I don't remember which episode it was from, so I don't remember the exact context) because it's mechanical.
With that said, the person who made the parody is unironically a sick **** and I hate how often the meme of it gets referenced. The fact that a line of dialogue from the official show had to be removed from Nick All Stars Brawl 2 because of it is just the spoiled icing on the rotten cake.

Not a fan of some additions though pretty solid overall albeit a bit safe. Freddy, Lion-O, Droopy, Freakazoid, Brock Samson, Urkel and Space Ghost are all based additions. I do question why Sylvester and Tweety are there in addition to Tom & Jerry
