Honestly if I were gonna do a character it would be Chris. He’s the face of the series, especially after they started changing the lineup of contestants in future seasons. Heather isn’t a bad choice though.

Heather came to mind cuz if not Chris, she's definitely among the TD series' most iconic characters (also she'd have a knee of justice that Captain Falcon would be proud of). Heck, she was the TD pick for this video here.

As for Courtney, she's one of the most actively feisty and fighting-ready characters, with impressive strength and energy.

It kinda depend on what you want to represent.

Robin is the easy and probably most logical pick, Raven is a fan-favorite, and Beast Boy would be the coolest and probably could represent TTG and OG TT equally well.

Ultimately I think you should probably go for more than one though given how popular the greater TT franchise is.

Day 16: Turtwig

Y'know, I don't think I've ever seen a SINGLE PERSON who's played PMD Explorers play through the game as a Turtwig or with a Turtwig partner before.

Back from Captain America.

Positives: I think the main thing it needed to do was to sell Anthony Mackie as the new Cap and I do think it succeeds for the most part. He has some really cool fight scenes and the chemistry he has with Isaiah Bradley is great. Ford does a good job as always, and Giancarlo Esposito steals every scene that he's in. It also does feel like it is moving the overall MCU plot forward more compared to Deadpool & Wolverine.

Negatives: If you like the MCU, then you'll like this, but if you think the magic is gone, then this won't convince you either.

Spoiler: Actual Spoilers:

I think the film has the opposite problem to Quantumania. Whereas Quantumania didn't take any risks, Brave New World doesn't have any real surprises. It really tries to be Winter Soldier and Civil War in many respects, but it just reveals it's hand too early both in terms of the trailers, marketing, and narrative.

The Leader's design I thought was really cool and Time Blake Nelson sells him; I really wish he was better woven throughout the narrative like Zemo was. Several girls behind me got excited when Bucky made an appearance. Also having Bucky run for Congress is both an interesting way to use the character, but also just really funny to think about. Greenscreen as heck, but the dogfight over the Indian Ocean was pretty cool.

Red Hulk was kind of a let down. He's kind of cool when destroying The White House, but he doesn't really feel all that threatening. His fight scene with Cap was honestly kind of underwhelming compared to the other fights in the film, and you could really see where they rushed the CGI as well. Instead of advertising the film with him, I kind of wish they kept him hidden better like the "will they, won't they" for the Thanos Snap in Infinity War. Only in the film for about 10 of the last 15~20 minutes but makes up about half of the marketing for the film. smh

The countries they chose to represent the fight over the Adamantium were all kind of weird. I have zero idea why they chose France as one of the feuding countries. Japan feels like it's only there as a way not to offend China for when the film gets released there.

I'm not sure how true the develop issue rumors are, but after seeing it, I do feel there is a bit of truth to each of them. Marvel not believing in Anthony Mackie I think stands out as the most likely, as I feel so much of the film's direction and choices could be traced back to that in one way or another such as bringing in Ford and having Red Hulk be in so much of the advertising.

You have my condolences. My parents make me run some errands at times, since I still live with them. But they're my parents, so that's kind of to be expected. Nothing about always been on the grind though, I don't think it's quite as popular in the UK compared to the USA.

I think the Hulk stuff could’ve been a Disney+ series if anything, while having more focus on the Serpent Society. Red Hulk and the mind control could’ve stayed, but a Hulk series or special as an explanation for Leader would’ve been beneficial…or use She-Hulk for it

Well, the Kalos mythicals (Diancie/Hoopa/Volcanion) haven't really been distributed yet. Then we've still got Marshadow, Zeraora, Zarude, Victini, and kind of Magearna, as you've said. I think, going by game, these are some semi-fitting possibilities:

SV: Diancie(it's covered in gems, and terastal energy comes in crystals) Genesect(it's a past pokemon with futuristic technology, tying into the Paradox pokemon)

PLA/BDSP: Genesect(see above but with space-time distortions), Hoopa(makes dimensional portals, which ties in to space and time)

SwSh: Zarude(It's from Galar), Volcanion(a stretch, but Volcanion is all about steam. Steam can be used for power generation, which was what Rose was concerned about.) ,Zeraroa(Same as Volcanion, just with it being an electric type) Victini(SwSh have Pokemon battles as a sport for fame. Leon has a bunch of sponsorships, Marnie is trying to hit the big time for her city and the main protags are literally called Victor and Gloria)

LGPE: Marshadow(An agent of Ho-oh. Since there's no Johto game on switch, the Kanto game will have to do), Zerarora(Lives in a town which has a festival to Lugia. Again, with no Johto game, Kanto is the closest.), Magearna(Turns into a Pokeball. LGPE are all about chucking Pokeballs, moreso than most games.)

Those would be my guesses. They could just repeat some of the mythicals instead lol.

It's probably because the battle to catching last like 10 seconds at most in those games where BDSP and SwSH take like 3 minutes.

I remember going back to catch the Crown Tundra legendaries in SwSh after SV and good Lord that **** took forever from the battles alone.

To be entirely fair, the non-scripted catches in Scar/Vio are arguably just as long. It took me a shocking amount of time to get the Loyal 3 in Dusk Balls.

I can understand getting tired of a particular subject, but how on Earth does talking about a Nintendo franchise on a social thread where literally anything within the forum's guidelines can be talked about on a website dedicated to a crossover fighter also owned by and featuring said Nintendo franchise among others qualify as spam?
