Yeah, I know you do. And tbh yeah I'm sure the same can be said about the thread in general.

It's just a random ass thought that pops up in my head when I'm alone and bored, which is usually a bad combo.

I know the feeling and tbh I do try to keep my distance due to some baggage I have, but if it helps you're one of the people that really stand to me in this thread and I really enjoy having you around.

I mentioned earlier that I don't have enough first party Switch games to do the daily thing so I figured I should do a shout out to the fact the Switch is a goddamn gold mine for third party titles, figured it's best to do a shout out to more than just Nintendo games too lol cause third party games can also be more reasonably priced

Took a while, but I got Entei and Raikou. Still need a water stone for Poliwhirl, but next time, I'll catch Lugia and handle the Whirl Island stuff and the League. Put Shadow Claw on Typhlosion, and got Signal Beam on Ampharos. So all in all, mostly solid moves on my team now.

They gotta do actual physical re-releases of some of these games cause there's no reason a DS game should cost 100 bucks and up.

It appears that Nintendo has taken some action to fight against the eShop's lousy state.

But they still got a LONG way to go to deal with all of the ridiculous amounts of shovelware and AI **** that's clogging up the eShop.

Day 4: Ace Attorney

Good lord Ace Attorney is amazing, the entire series being on Switch is such a godsend and genuinely my preferred method of play. The characters are so charming, the plot twists are insane in the best way possible, the laughs to be had are more often than not total zingers while the tragedy also generally hurts in the best ways possible. What I also love about the Switch versions is that with the exception of the Investigations collection, they have touch screen control, which Nintendo abandoned a good while ago. It just feels way more natural for me to tap the screen. Another boon of sorts for the Switch version is that the OG trilogy is a bit lacking in the QoL department the other collections all have, the one I miss the most being a backlog to look back on text if I accidentally skipped a box or want to double check something, but the screencap/record button on the Switch does let you look back or help 'bookmark' important text if needed. The games generally go for quite cheap too so I feel that everyone should at the very least try the games out, you won't regret it!

The worst part about the eshop and the clutter is that it is monotonous to get through.
Like, the other day I was buying all the Doom games on sale and it was a struggle, especially after buying 1 game the shop kicked me back to the home screen.

Great to see Nintendo try and draw the line somewhere, even though it’s at most a band aid to a bigger problem.

Got Lugia and a Water Stone from the Pokemon Olympics side game. Now 5 of my team members are fully evolved. Oh, and I guess Ambipom is still around as the HM Mule.
