I like to take my existential dread and turn it into something positive

Sure the universe is endless and uncaring, but that means our little corner of the cosmos is unique!

Yeah the unavoidable march of time means we’re all gonna die one day, but the fact that we even got to live in the first place is pretty special. Thats why you gotta try and enjoy your time here! Life isn’t always fun but it’s important to cherish the little things.

I dunno, these are just things I try to keep in mind whenever my cosmic anxiety starts to bother me. Maybe it’ll help you.

I done booted up Fire Emblem: Three Houses for the first time in like…a year or 2…and I totally forgot how the first set of cutscenes are fully CGI before randomly becoming cell shaded. Still weird to this day

Cutscenes are weird in that game like how Crimson Flower only has one exclusive cutscene. The rest is either just still images or the regular scenes. They could have at least done the opening cutscene for part 2 like the other 3 routes.

Man, outside of the Nintendo Power forums, Cartoon Network's website is where I spent most of my time online.

Then a few years later on Youtube came, and I found YTMND(In hindsight, kiddo me should have never been allowed there but the past is the past lmao)

Crimson Flower I understand since that was a last minute story (due to Edelgard randomly getting over with the fans), but then there’s Golden Winds where most of the cutscenes and storybeats are just Silver Snow until the final boss. Always feels like Claude drew the short stick out of the 3 leaders, since Edelgard technically gets 2 stories out of her path while Dimitri’s path is also awesome.

See, I don't know how things'll go in relation to the backlash surrounding pricing, the stock in the US, and any potential fears of FOMO. Could be minutes, could be an hour. Who knows what things look like outside of our little core fandom bubble.

Call it silly, but as I've gotten older, what was originally meant as a gag song, has really resonated with me.

Taihen can be translated a lot of different ways such as awful, terrible, and strange. So a cheerful song about embracing the strangeness of life and the universe, I feel has helped me relieve a lot of stress over the past several years.

I'll probably wait until around my birthday to get the Switch 2, and even then I might wait since it's so pricey. I didn't want my family to spend the money for the Switch 1 either and explicitly told them as such, but they decided to buy one for me on the occasion anyway. I'm still immensely grateful to that.

I might try to convince them to wait on this one more since this one is much higher priced. There's a lot of new games I'm hyped for but not enough to feel like I should get the Switch 2 right away, so that's one good argument I have.

Rewatching the Lilo and Stitch show, it's kinda wild how Lilo gets along better with all the crossover characters than any of the other Kauai kids minus Victoria and Keoni. Granted at least part of it is because Mertle is SUCH a dedicated hater that she whips her lackeys into hating Lilo too (YEAAAHHHHHHHH). However Lilo vibes very well with the cast of American Dragon and Recess, and ESPECIALLY Penny Proud. (Lilo would honestly make a 1000x better friend for Penny than most of her actual friend group in The Proud Family.)
