so apparently im dumb as hell. i kept thinking i was gonna wait all day sunday then leave to go to the store THAT midnight. because of this i post and allow you all to ridicule what was almost the most epic fail of my life. did anyone else think this too or was i the only one who saw sunday and midnight and think, im leavin to b there this sunday so i can get there at midnight.

true, it couldve been worse. luckily i did catch it in time. gamestop always throws me off cuz they say "we're gettin on the 10th" then when u show up they go "nope it shipped today, u can get it tomorrow" ive done this a few times with them >_<

Yeah...this happened with Final Fantasy XII at our local gamestop...guy was standing outside the mall wearing a Squall costume (did not ask why...kinda did not want to know.) when I was leaving Taco Bell, which is right across from the mall. So...curiosity killed the cat, and I wandered over to ask what he was doing. And of course; he was waiting for XII's release...when it released the previous night.

At least your not that guy. Good job catching yourself before you really humiliated yourself.

makes me feel better, i really REALLY cant believe after 2 delays and 9 solid months of waiting i mistook the final date a day late. i wouldve falcon punched my gamestop guy just for starters.

Hahaha...just got work from my friend at gamestop, there was a guy outside the mall today expecting the game out tonight. >.>

I can kind of see that, since our local gamestop's poster says Sunday, March 9th at 12:01am. ^^;; We figured this was going to happen.

lol i definitely gotta check sun. and mon. for threads like mine. i truly dont associate midnight on the dot as the next day. i know why i dont either, i watch adult swim. there "sunday" line up is actually monday mornings but all there commercials advertise it as midnight and past still being a sunday. O_O alot of family guy fans could be pissed in the upcoming days lol.
