To be honest I've come to dislike Uboa simply because it pretty much has overshadowed the game itself. There are a lot of people who know of Uboa, know it's called Uboa even, but couldn't tell you what it's from. They'd probably be wondering what on earth a Poniko is. I honestly think there are far more memorable events too, namely FACE.

Music's decent in both, though never anything to write home about (to be honest, I can't really remember any individual tracks from either). The stories veer into anime trope territory a little frequently, but it's still all nicely told and presented for what it is.

Another RPG I've been thinking of is Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition. People revere it as a classic it seems. Is that game any good?

Like story, music, characters, combat/gameplay and all that.

FACE is indeed creepier than Uboa. Uboa is just some very random jumpscare that most of the time doesn't even jumpscare you, because people usually only go for it's event after already knowing about it, instead of finding it out by themselves, like it's meant to. My personal favorite event is the Famicom Glitch btw.

Since it's "JUMP Force," I'm wondering which magazines count as Jump. Weekly Shonen Jump obviously, but what about Jump SQ, Grand Jump or Ultra Jump? I haven't seen any Blue Exorcist, Seraph of the End or Dogs for instance...

Generally, when Shueisha uses the JUMP name they're talking specifically about Weekly Shonen Jump.
