Man, I'm still thinking about that Mario Maker Direct yesterday. The game looks so dang good; especially the course clear condition option. One of my most favorite things to do when making a MM level is put a fun gimmick in it as the core of the level design, but often there were instances where the player never needed to collect things you had hidden, or do certain tasks because there was never a reason to. Thanks to clear conditions being a thing, us level creators are gonna have a lot more freedom in how we design levels. It's gonna be really cool.

Oh, and I am beyond hyped for the night levels and literally everything they showed for the 3D World theme. 2D SM3DW is what I always wanted NSMB to be, so I am ecstatic with all of the tools they're offering and at the potential singleplayer levels Nintendo makes with them.

Has there been any word on if you can do multiplayer online with friends, though? Direct made it seem like it's only with randoms, which would be a huge shame.

I feel like I'm the kinda guy who'd still play Persona 1 and 2 if I were to try out the Persona series.

Only problem with that is they're nothing at all like what P3 and onwards is. They really aren't the greatest if your goal is to see what the series is all about, IMO.

The year is 5020. Mario Maker Existential is finally out. When you make a stage, it becomes real, and you must test it out in real life yourself before it can be posted online. Progressive.

I was gonna make an argument about how this is like how people try justify skipping Parts 1 and 2 of Joj because of no Stands but then I remembered Persona 1 is just a novel adaptation lol

They have good writing for what it's worth at least, but I'm really not a fan of how they play. I don't think they aged well at all.

True. I think I'd still try them out though even if they're different from the others, 'cause I like when games in the same series have different tastes from each other.

You're talking about Megami Tensei. Persona's story is completely original to the game.
