Fountain of dreams was so similar to battlefield that I don't miss it much. Hyrule 64 however... man I want that stage back. I also miss poke-floats...

Melee- Peach's Castle. It feels weird not having a Mario castle stage for some reason... There was even one in SSB64!
SSB64- Hyrule Castle. Man I loved that stage.

Saffaron City (the shape and random pokemon entrances made this a win)
Hyrule Temple (tornadoes!!!!)
Mushroom Kingdom (the unlockable stage; LOL at Kirby going down a pipe)

Melee:
Princess Peach's Castle (would be better without the large bullet, not Bullet Bill)
Fountain of Dreams (for some reason, I just like this stage)
Fourside (I liked this coarse for the shape, 2 wallscaling areas, and the UFO)
