Falco and Ganondorf have a great chance of making it back. They are essential their respective series. It'd be weird to have Link and Zelda but no Ganondorf, right?

The rest of the clones, I really think they're not going to return.

I dunno, but simply from Diddy Kong and Pokemon Trainer, I'd say it's a safe bet there are A LOT more unique characters making their way in.

A clone that didn't even get the infamous knee at that. He'll be in with an original moveset. As long as he doesn't scream Warlock Punch, even borrowed moves would be okay so long as they aren't all borrowed.

I would be disappointed if the clones came back. I wouldn't mind them returning if they changed their movesets though.
