I mean, hooray for a more lighthearted presentation, but new ESRB laws would severely limit the characters that would be allowed in a E-rated Smash. No Snake, no Bayo, not even Steve would be allowed. You'd practically be limited to E-rated characters. Again, nothing wrong with a presentation more akin to Smash 64, but from a roster perspective, it'd be tricky to get a more diverse roster.
