From Kirby's Adventure comes Meta Knight's loyal knights
The Meta-Knights
"For Sir Meta Knight!"
From Kirby's Adventure come Meta Knight's loyal crew members and knights, the Meta-Knights! Consisting of the axe wielding Axe Knight, the mace wielding Mace Knight, the trident throwing Trident Knight, and the javelin tossing Javelin Knight, these knights will show the power of their devotion.... and their weapons, to anyone who stands in their way!
It was either this, or Paint Roller, so I didn't have many options here
Overview:
This group of four Knights from Kirby's Adventure make their return! Serving under Meta Knight as crewman aboard the Battleship Halberd and acting as some of his most trusted men, they aren't to be taken lightly. The four switch between each other for attacks, allowing them to take advantage of situations one knight may not be as adept at handling. (They act like Rick, Kine, and Coo in short, except the Knights use it more than they do.) Axe Knight attacks both up close and from afar, Mace Knight can charge up his mace for extra long swings, Trident Knight can hit objects that are in unusual positions with his tridents, and Javelin Knight can send far reaching projectiles with his Javelins. It's not just them though, they seem to have help from other Halberd crew members, such as Moto Shotzo, Wheelie, and the Heavy Lobster!
Moveset:
Unique Mechanics/References: The Meta-Knights can be equipped with Elemental abilities, making their attacks stronger. The Meta-Knights can fly, in the form of Javelin Knight and Trident Knight. Axe Knight is the default on land, and after an attack that swaps the Meta-Knights, will switch back to Axe Knight automatically. Javelin acts as the default in air, functioning the same transformation wise as Axe.
Axe Cutter: B (Has Axe Knight throw a cutter like projectile in the form of his axe. Functions identically to a Cutter projectile, albeit without being able to arc as much.)
Axe Combo: B Repeatedly (Axe Knight swings his axe at the enemy over and over before slamming his axe straight down at them, ending the combo.)
Mace Swing Charge: Hold+B (Changes into Mace Knight, who begins to charge a swing with his mace. The mace will be swinging directly above Mace Knight while charging, damaging any enemy directly above him, similar to Hammer Flip.)
Mace Swing: Release B (Releases the charged mace, sending it flying directly in front of him. This deals multiple hits of damage, and stays out longer and goes further depending on the charge prior to release.)
Trident Throw: Up+B (Changes into Trident Knight and throws a trident diagonally above him, arcing upwards before landing a bit in front of him.)
Tri-Dent Charge: Up+B+Hold (Charges a trident throw.)
Tri-Dent: Tri-Dent Charge+Release (Releases the charge, throwing three tridents similarly to Trident Throw's arcs, but the longer the charge, the farther the tridents will carry and the more damage will be dealt.)
Javelin Swing: Run+B (Changes into Javelin Knight, and spins around with a javelin just in front of its visor. Deals multiple hits of damage if it connects with an enemy.)
Javelin Shot: Midair+B (Sends a javelin flying out directly in front of him. Will stop descending in midair whilst charging.)
Javelin Charge: Midair+Hold+B (Charges the Javelin shot. Will stop descending in midair whilst charging, and can move whilst charging, albeit far more slowly)
Javelin Volley: Midair+Javelin Charge+Release (Releases a volley of Javelins in all directions directly around it, behind and front, moving straight, though some arc upwards before descending down. Each javelin counts as an individual attack)
Trident Slash: Midair+Forward+B (Changes into Trident repeatedly slashes with his trident, before stabbing straight forward, ending the combo)
Mace Descending: Midair+Down+B (Changes into Mace Knight, and repeatedly flails his mace directly downwards in a circular motion. Switches back to Javelin once attack is done if still in midair, the attack automatically ends upon touching the ground.
Moto Shotzo Summon: Down+B (Took a couple notes out of Daroach's book for this one. The Knights summon a Moto Shotzo, which will hover forward, shooting cannonballs at anyone ahead for a short while before despawning.)
Wheelie Summon: Down+B+Hold (Summons Wheelie. Wheelie dashes straight ahead, and will dash back the opposite direction upon hitting a ledge or wall twice more before despawning. It will also despawn after a set period of time if none is encountered. As for how it attacks, think of how Wheel attacks opponents normally.)
Heavy Lobster: Down+B+Hold For Longer (Summons Heavy Lobster. Unlike the other summons, Heavy Lobster is ridden by all four Knights and has its own moveset.)
Heavy Lobster Moveset:
Unique Mechanics/References: Heavy Lobster can only jump once, after that it's like a stone. Heavy Lobster can be dismounted via the usual dismount mechanics. It is also automatically dismounted in water or after sustaining enough damage.
Flamethrower: B (Spits fire directly in front of it. It acts similarly to Fire Kirby's fire breath, but with a wider range at the cost of moving upwards and downwards eratically.)
Heavy Charge: B+Forward+Hold (Heavy Lobster begins to charge up.)
Heavy Missile: Heavy Charge+Release (Heavy Lobster uses its pent up energy to dash forward a set distance before stopping. The distance it goes increases the longer the charge. It will automatically stop, no matter the charge, at ledges and at walls)
Mini Lobster: Down+B (Spits out a Mini Lobster, which flies straight forward and explodes upon hitting a wall or an enemy.)
Heavy Slam: Midair+Down+B (Slams straight down towards the ground whilst in midair, creating a shockwave on impact and damaging any enemy it slams into.)
Moto Shotzo, Wheelie, and Heavy Lobster respectively. Yes, that was the best Moto Shotzo image in the Image Results.
