I was referring to how Dedede was planned for Melee, so it fit perfectly as a joke. I still wish Dedede made the cut in Melee, oh well, at least we have him now!

Tournament-wise, you know what sucks? I haven't heard of a single UK-based tourney. Even if there is, I severely doubt there are any in Scotland, so I don't think I could ever play in one. Also, I have never played a 1v1 in Smash. I don't know why, but I have an irrational "fear" of losing, even though I have played online (and lost) before.

I know I am beating a dead horse butIf anything I wish Falcon would get some sort of nerf so I wouldn't have to see him on FG all the time
I was jesting about nerfing everybody but Luigi doesn't really need any more nerfs, his mains felt enough pain after losing his primary kill combo as is.
Like I said before though, Sakurai doesn't care about character balance. All the balance patches are "constantly nerf the characters who already got nerfs to one of their obnoxious attributes in the past and give Sheik and Rosalina a small slap on the wrist. Ignore all the low-tier characters (except

The Waddle Dees wielded spears before RTDL right? Then it was only natural for BD to wield the spear and the spear ability was probably in because of BD.

On an unrelated note, I for some reason I do very well against Meta Knight players when using Bowser. The MU isn't even that good yet I've still managed to hold myself out well. ._.
And cool story, bro. I've only played as Ryu four times compared to me playing most of the cast hundreds of times. You don't see me saying he's terrible and shouldn't be in Smash. Doc has a passionate fanbase that like the way he plays, which is why Sakurai brought him back. Plain as, really.
