Depends, Level-5 already has a very solid relationship with Nintendo, I wouldn't be surprised if Akihiro Hino made a deal with Sakurai to add him in Smash whether it be now or next Smash.

I always felt bad for Regigigas. Because its not a bad Pokemon by any means, it just has a sucky ability. It's the same with that of Slaking.

Now you've gotten me thinking. Say if Yokai Watch gets a representative in the next Smash Bros. game. Where would the rep go on the CSS? We know the Third-Party characters going in there own row and Yokai Wattch is essentially a third-party IP. So would they most likely be perceived at special guests, or join the rest of the Nintendo cast?

Finally Smashboards is normal again. In recent news I just beat Triforce Heroes. Also a nitpick I have right now.

What the heck is with the Grim Temple boss? This is the most dissapointing boss in the game so far. I was expecting some undead king, grim reaper or giant poe like creature like in Wind Waker or Four Swords Adventure. But nope it's a three coloured wheel with an eyeball called Prismantus and it's completely easy. The Ruins would be my favourite area if it weren't for that horrible boss. The mini boss and this boss should have switched places in my opinion.

Slaking's actually better off solely because of the fact you can spam Giga Impact because of it's ability, you have to wait a turn regardless, and not much will survive that hit
