I want to settle this, the official rule on stage bans is that you are allowed to ban one neutral and one counter pick right?

Official rule is you can't ban neutrals.
Norcal strikeout rule is the closest thing to banning both.
Both players take turns striking out a neutral then the last neutral left standing is the first stage.
That + banning counterpicks should be the mainstay for rules.

Nah, that was a short-lived thing cause of MLG. Most tourneys you can ban neutrals, but actually the Norcal strikeout rule is starting to become standard in some places, making it a moot point.

aww man yo this **** is gonna be so tight. like im tryin to go all out no johns. like I am tryin to do official rounds and each round will have like 2 highlight matches that well stream and commentate if we can get the **** we need for it. we got all day and only 3 tourneys lol. I think we can do this **** and have friendlies at the end where we can have hype mm$$ with commentary and streaming **** just cuz uws ****ing tight
