It's really bad for Olimar/Sheik, because Sheik/Olimar can really outcamp Olimar/Sheik to death, and there's nothing Sheik/Olimar can do about it, really. Doesn't help that Olimar/Sheik is able to KO Sheik/Olimar at relatively early percents, too.
