It's main differences are it's long whip tongue, Flower Mouth, and singular giant eye. Everything else about the bears' anatomy is similar to that most Earth bears-

This place reminds me of some of those abandoned towns or parks that people make urban exploring videos about... -Disturbed and saddened by the state the city is in, but Jeanne and Tart's interactions are cheering Jenny up, at least-

That, I'm not as certain of. Most of them just seem to believe that monsters are inherently violent and evil, and that still pales in comparison to how many mewmans viewed them back in my era... (Including my own mother...)

They're no more inherently evil or good that mewmans are. Just because they're different doesn't make them remotely like those old fairy tale creatures that always stir up trouble. But regardless of their reasons, the High Commission was always either trying to massacre monsters' armies and villages, imprisoning the high ranking survivors, or in Omnitraxus' case, at least trying to talk to them and show them compassion...
