-All in all, it'd kick start a bloody, violent, destructive, and ultimately utterly pointless conflict that can easily be avoided as Chaldea doesn't instigate conflicts and isn't hostile to the Digital World, and the chaos would most likely only happen if Yggdrasil or some of the Royal Knights picked hte fight first...-

Well, I'm no expert on the cursed blood of your species dragon, but I'm pretty sure a magic stone isn't all it takes to stop a curse or possession. Being a dragon at all is part of your nature, after all. If you can control that \, the curse might not take hold nearly as easiyl.
