I've gotten to a point where I am losing my desire to play.

I'm in the fourth world and I'm sick of fighting the same bosses. I had been beating all the optional bosses but... These big boss team ups... Just aren't fun.

I have every asterisk. I've maxed out several jobs. I've enjoyed the plot and the characters but I've never had a game become THIS repetitive.

Would it be bad if I just ignored optional content at this point? It seems like I'm at a good level to beat the final boss. And I plan on getting the true ending.

yeah, that Chapters 5 to 8 loop.was ****ing hard on me too lol. But as far as I remeber, all.you need to do is do that ritual right everytime and not break it. My dumbass kept breaking it every freaking loop before pf. I forgot what Ringabel tell you to do but doing it give you the normal ending. I dont think the optional stuff is needed

Honestly, I think I've accepted the Minecraft movie as it is.

Like I ranted about it a lot on here, but in hindsight, it wasn't worth it. Like this movie looks like it was meant to be "shut your brain off" stupid fun, and you know the world needs more movies like these.

Honestly the one thing I'm primarily curious about Prime 4 on Switch 2 is if it'll get me to be comfy with mouse controls, I don't have the space or the stuff to get a proper PC set up so if I can just drag the joycons on my couch and get proper aiming done, well, I'm in for an experience despite being lefthanded. As for the graphics? Hoo boy do they look gorgeous but idk if my tv can handle 4k 120 HDR or whatever lol

Frankly, I’ve hated PC controls ever since I used a computer for gaming back in the 90s. I’ll stick to the pro control any day of the week. However, any time a game gives people more ways to play, you’ll gain new players you wouldn’t have had previously. I applaud that.

I don’t think my TV does 120fps (I truly don’t know) but I know it can do 4k 60fps so that’s my go to. I just need a better sound system than my 18 year old hand me down Bose system. Maybe I’ll use headset on the pro controller?

Either way I hope Prime 4 comes out before Holiday 2025.

No idea how many people here have heard the news by now, but Hax$ passed away today.

I haven't followed the competitive scene much in a while but this is still a shock to me.

Seems like the tenets of mercy and redemption are rather foreign to the community (but this was apparent since the advent of wifi). Something to consider. If only I had caught wind of this person's level of devotion...alas

So The Girls™ went to the ren faire the other day.

I ended up not going for a number of reasons. Headache, depression, dysphoria, a lack of time off...ect. But looking at the group photo staying home may have been the right call. Like 10+ of them showed up and I definitely would've been overlooked. I'm quiet, unassertive and frankly not very attractive and probably would've lagged behind the group and they all would've forgotten I was there, unless someone tried to mother me.

That's how it tends to go for me. It's hard to break into a friend group, especially if I'm not already comfortable with someone in it.

I think...I need to go to a smaller meet up. But since the meet ups in that server tend to be larger, I might need to be the one to put the invitation out.

Honestly I wish I could just have a couple people over to play video games with, but my living situation is awful so that's a no-go. So I guess I'll have to think of something else.

IIRC good weapons and armor. Not absolutely necessary to beat the game, but it’s cool.

Also, I just realized the final final boss of Bravely Default is gonna suck ass on Switch because for the full effect of PEAK GAMING to materialize, you’re gonna need a Switch camera.

You’ll understand when you get there.

did you do the Sub-scenario bosses for the Thief. Merchent, Spell Fencer and Time Mage,Summoner, Red Mage (god this dude was a CREEEEEPPPP), Valkery and Ranger ?

Yeah. I did every side quest before Chapter 7.
