It seems to be the general optinion around here that the Zelda panel was completely ok with all the ratios. If we came up with a ratio and the other side didn't agree to it, then what do?
I asked the Lucario panelist and the Peach panelist about why Zelda vs Lucario and Zelda vs Peach were still -2, they said the MU was never even discussed.
So to my knowledge you guys didn't even bother trying to change half of the ratios.

So when you see something you know(assuming you guys agree Lucario and Peach are -3) is wrong, you don't bother to step up and say anything?

Hardly anyone plays Zelda or even cares about her,
I doubt the Lucario mains are gonna come running to correct a MU hardly any of them have played.

Edit: pretty sure the Ganon's also agree thats an even match up, so it's not like you had a disagreement with them on it.
Unless you all argued it was +2

The only problems I have in the Lucario MU is him DI'ing out of u-smash.

That's when I decided to go King Dedede and laugh at his horrid approaches.

Ha.

And now there's a new Peach representative in the BBR who thinks the matchup is -3/-4. Should be interesting :p

Okay guys, so I have an update on our Zelda Finder page that I've been working on. This is only a small portion of it so far, but also the most important part of it. I have come up with 2 different versions so far and wanted to know what you guys thought about it from the sample user I've put up. I also have a version 3 which may come up depending on the feedback I get from you guys.

If this is too confusing to have all the versions in one post, then I can double/triple post it into the different versions, if the mods allow me.

So! Which one do you guys like so far? Which one do you guys not like so far? Do they all look okay? Would you rather wait for version 3 before having a final say? Do you have any suggestions? Please let me know ^^

Version 1)

Pros:

- Collapse tags make the page less clustered and less image heavy by allowing you to select the 'Show' link to display the rest of the user's information.
- Skimming by the names are easier because of the collapse tags

Cons:

- Looks too 'big' when you view the collapse tag, feels like there are lots of extra space on either side of the page.
- Even with the image and text centered, the text does not line up and looks rather untidy.

Version 2)

Pros:

- A much cleaner layout than the first, with an actual table to separate the categories
- Unlike the first version, looks easier on the eyes because it's smaller

Cons:

- Lack of collapse tags mean that the page may load slower once it gets filled with more images. Alternatively I could add a collapse tag to this too and keep this layout, but it makes the page look like it has extra borders, since this is already in a 'table' format.
- A real pain to edit. I literally have to edit every line to get it the size/style I want - though this is only apparent on the 'Biography' section, where there may be more than one line of text when one is going to describe themselves.

Version 3)

Not yet released but this would basically be done on any one of my Microsoft Office programs (Word/Excel/Powerpoint) where I would make the graph and have it organized exactly the way I want, with far more options for font/formatting/etc than I have on this post edit. After I'm done, I would then save this as an image and post it here. I would have to keep updating it on the program, resaving and posting it here whenever people ask me to add them.

If you guys are really liking the sound of this option above the other two, let me know and I'll start working on it.

Me too, it just has some annoying cons xD

Would you guys prefer these collapse tags or not? I feel like if we don't have many people, we can keep it the way it is, but if we start getting a lot of images, idk...

I like the second but I'm curious to see what the third is like.

Also, no collapse tags please :o

Collapse does nothing for your load times (real talk here, slow internet user).
So yeah, I'm down for #2, unless #3 blows my head.

I was on Xat at 1:00 MST, and saw Ed by he was AFK. It's an invite only group; do I need an account?
I hope my **** computer can be fixed and not lose anything or cost much$. I barely had enough$ saved for the Wii U :(

MHTri Super Ala hunts are freakishly hard to start. Someone always drops out or DCs then a lower rank player joins...
Sleep Bombing is even harder to organize to the point that I rather go melee. Super Ala is easy to space if you're fast. Lower rank players usually die though :( . I wish there was a HR 100+ room. For Hammer/GS/SA/LS (which can't block except GS) I swear that evade distance up is THE best skill in the game. 1 normal roll becomes 2x as far (which evades almost any monster attack), same duration time and stamina use. GS rarely have to block. I almost never die.
It was 104 degrees f today and obviously hotter at lower elevations and south. I'm okay with too cold but heat gets to me. Stupid global warming *grumble*. Bring on the ice age!
Life gets worse and worse until you're jaded to all the BS.

The original owner of that xat is GreyFox, but he hasn't been active for ages, let alone even visited the xat. He had given mod/admin powers to a couple of people before he disappeared, so they'll be able to add members and such. What they can't do is change layout and a couple of other things. I can add you guys on the xat, but like I said, I'll be making a new one for us anyway. We can still keep the old xat link though just in case.

Super Ala... such frustrating memories xD Like, I was farming for Skypiercers (cause they're a pain to get from regular Ala) and I was told that if you do the Super Ala quest, then you don't need to break both horns. And you're right, it is hard to do Super Ala with low rank players.

You know what's even harder? Finding 4 good clust gunners. Cause that's the easiest/quickest (as far as I know) way to beat Super Ala. I've also been gunning and I have a decent clust set, and all you gotta do is abuse that 'wall next to lava' glitch and shoot the heck out of Ala. The spacing is very confined, especially with 4 people, and it's really easy to mess up the glitch, and have Ala come charging down at you. And getting hit by Super Ala with gunner armor is just as bad as getting a low rank player's armor getting hit lmao.

I'm just curious about the third option, but so far V2 looks legit, but if it's that hard to do and so, just use option 1 :)

Version 3)

It's done! Took me awhile, but I definitely had fun with this. It's in a 'card' format, so that if one wants, they can print it out for fun and have their own personal 'Brawl Business Card' xD

Pros:

- Variety of options on Word gave me one of many different unique layouts to use.
- I can change the layout easily, not to mention font/color/style/etc anytime
- Each person will have one of these fancy cards ^_^

Cons:

- When I convert this on Word to PDF, I lose the option to click the links listed under the 'Contacts' section. Unless someone knows of a way of having the links still be accessible even as an image, I may have to remove the contacts section from the image and actually type it/code it here on SWF, probably below the image of each user I put in.
- Picture size and overall size iis kinda small, but I can find ways to toy around with it if needed.
- Harder to manage and a bit bandwidth costly, since I'll be putting each one of these cards to my photobucket and putting them up here. But I'll still be happy to help, so it's alright.

Other comments: Hmm, I'll most likely be trying out other little layouts too on Word, but I was curious to see what you guys thought about this one, and in comparison to the previous 2 versions, especially number 2, which was the most popular so far.

that one looks awesome!!

I really don't know of anything you could do to keep the links alive/useful, there may be options on image editors to make them work selecting a zone of the pic, but I really don't know if they would still be working when you post them here :/

I'm fine with any of the second and third versions, I wouldn't like to make you do a lot of work tho, but well, let's just see which one becomes the winner xD

Thanks, I really had a lot of fun making this. Even though it's harder to manage, I'd be happy to do this, if you guys would like me to do so. As for the links, my bf suggested that I can just post the entire link on the image, which isn't a bad idea. Problem is that it won't even let you copy paste the text on the image. Also, posting the entire link will take up a lot of space on the image, especially if it's from multiple websites.

Like I was thinking though, if I can't find a way to make the link work on the image, I can just remove the contacts section from the image, and post it below each card. So it would look like:

[Card Picture]
[Contact Information]

and it would repeat for each card I make.

I used Microsoft Word and played around with different templates. Once I found one I liked, I rearranged the table/graph with the edits I wanted, and added some touchups here and there, such as the Triforce fading on the background, arranged the fonts, etc. Then I had to convert it to pdf (cause I don't know of any way to transfer my work on Word to here), and I had to save it as .jpg file and upload it to photobucket.
