Wario's bite can be beat by both B-air, and D-tilt. Both of which I find much easier to pull off than timing a spin charge between bites. Oh, and people actually have problems with Yoshi's egg roll..? It's slow enough to shield the initial hit, and still grab out of shield.

Do you mean the grenade camping ones? Where they cook their grenades before dropping them?

of course it's easier, but spindash/charge still gives the most potential damage output

Hey I got a question if King dedede uses a fully charged jet hammer and Sonic uses a fully charged Spin dash or Spin charge who will get more damage Sonic or Dedede?

Obviously DDD, but if you use the side-B invincibility frames, you can negate his attack basically and hit him+follow up. =/

Hmm... that's good because I tried it and I got huge damage.
SDR: (takes in: charge data, 'remaining jumps')
- 7-10 damage, 7 on turn-around.
- If you are moving slow enough (for example, slowed down by a hill, or a single charge roll after making contact with one object), you can shield and cancel the roll!
- During the turn-around, does not deal damage until the blue aura comes back.
- The turn-around is treated like a second SDR that has weaker charge
(minimum 7% dmg, without stale moves)
- Charge data is taken in from the side B/ down B to determine speed and damage of the roll
- Gains/loses speed when travelling on slopes (goes faster if going down a hill and slower if going up).
- Combos naturally into a SDJ if [Attack], [Jump], or [Up] (for tap jump off) is pressed.
- Passes 'remaining jumps' data to SDJ.
- If you roll off a platform, passes 'remaining jumps' data to the ASC that follows.
This means that at max charge, the SDR (spin dash roll [grounded down-B, or the side-B after it touches the ground]) can only deal 10 damage. By "lurking more", they mean you should read up on stuff and try to catch up on what everyone else knows before you start posting weird unrealistic situations. Or alternatively, you can post in the FAQ thread.

Also, I hope your original question was just for the sake of hypothetical situations, because if that's how you're trying to beat that problem, you're going into it the wrong way. Instead of trying to BEAT those moves head-on, you should be trying to BAIT those moves. This means that you do something to fake him out, miss, and then you punish after they miss.

I still await our eyeopening matches, whenever you get wifi <3

Oh yeah, so I heard level 9 computers have really good 'reflexes' so they can hit you with things like fully-charged hammers even if you're moving really fast, like a full charged spindash or a full-speed run.

Is that what hit you?

I think so honestly I've trained with them so much that my reflects have gotten so better I think there at the pro levels.

Okay, level 9 computers have decent reflexes, but you learn more from playing real people because computers conform to habits. You should use them to try new stuff, but not for practice 100% of the time. Try to get some friendlies more.

It's as I thought.

Computers give you horrible training if you're ever planning to do anything on a competitive level, since you can't really fake them out, and their patterns aren't anything near what human players do.

I kinda got that feeling from you since you don't seem to know anything about baiting and punishing predictable reactions.

Lurking more won't help - you have to play with human players who adapt D;

computers have much different reflexes than humans. My question, how do you get past shields of computers :p

250 postssssss
You grab, you're sonic after all.

Edit: Tenki, Computers are good for testing things out, you gotta admit that. It's what M2K does when he practices. =/ Read that one thread on the MK boards that's like now a spamfest.

tenki, you can't just play humans, it all depends on where you live. sure in america you go to a random tournament in your area. in europe its whole different, there's little to no tourneys in your country, and no way your gonna go to another country to play. as for friends, you know friends always suck at brawl. they just do

if you have friends they are probably decent, but cant beat you. it really does matter where you live because where i live, there are no tourneys either...and i cant really travel right now.
