Psshhhhhh, I could still throw out SH aerials that would outprioritize anything CF could ever do.If it wasn't for fox's blaster, CF could camp fox.

ANYTHING??? I'm sorry but you're sorely mistaken, lol. In compensation for his so called "low priority" Captain Falcon is the only one in the universe with a power level high enough to perform the:you can just blow on CF and it outprioriterizes anything he does lol.
once again well said.ANYTHING??? I'm sorry but you're sorely mistaken, lol. In compensation for his so called "low priority" Captain Falcon is the only one in the universe with a power level high enough to perform the:
FALCON PAWNCH!
Oh sorry I think we have confusion here, I meant when the attack is actually initiated and you can see the actual Falcon fire bird lol. Does that really get out-prioritized by Luigi's fireball? I know it does when he is charging it up... please tell me it doesn't my life wouldn't make sense anymore.when Luigis fireball stops Falcon punch you know something is wrong.
>___>
besides Ganon has the shadow fist and the smoking crotch lol
Alright, let me put it this way. Let's say you throw in a Usmash or Dsmash at around...40%. Now, average weight characters won't die until around 100%. Looking at moves that will be used reasonably well:I think my most notable traits of my strategy is that I deliberately save all my smash attacks until higher percentages, so no move negation, which is something Fox suffers from hard in the long run.
Thats how I used to roll, but then I find my self up smashing people at 150% and them still surviving, and the way I see it, the longer the fight persists, the more likely I am to **** up.And remember, I'm only looking at single moves, by themselves. When you get momentum with Fox, you'll probably be stringing a bunch of these together. Now, do you think you can fit 10 moves between 40% to 100%? If so, go for the occasional smash if you can land it. It keeps you from becoming predictable.
Also, use Bair kills.
Don't get me wrong, I do when I know I'll more than likely hit with it if thats what you mean, it makes a fun edge guearding move as well. But I can't say how much I used to get shield grabbed because I relied too much on the drill, it is very much so overused, so I get it in when I know I can. I don't use it as a casual approach anymore, well, not as often. And please don't be afraid of drills. I know most people think drills are overused, but sometimes it gets to the extreme where they're relying on racking damage with SH f-airs, which is good at medium percentages, but when you can easily follow up with something so opportunistic like d-air please don't waste it.
I'm working on that. I can gimp on occasion, but the ones I mentioned earlier, I can gimp from 0%. My off stage play needs the most work, as I often screw up. I'm a mad abuser of the back air stage spike, which is always just too classic when I'm going up against tether users or flying characters who like to come up from below the stage. It also works wonders for edge hogs, who are too **** scared to come up and face the music. But aside from that, I just camp then until they manage to come back. Then I'll test their smarts and instincts by staying just a little over them and see if they screw up with wither getting up or attacking while getting up, which I'll punish with a killing up smash or forward throw. Also start incorporating more off-edge play into your strategy, the shine spike is great, but you want to be able to get to a point where it becomes natural and can gimp any character.
I suck at footstooling. I don't rely on it to kill, but in the lucky instance that I can pull one off, which I have done, a few time deliberately, but playfully, it is a rewarding experience. If your smart you can even gimp a metaknight lol. The most efficient way of doing this at lower percentages however is to do a drill-shine, or fast-fall drill. Fast-fall drills can be dangerous, but I'm working out how to do fast-fall drill to foostool spike. This kills your opponent because you spike him the rest of the way, and you get a major boost to easy recovery.
Not bad. I'll be taking that Up tilt lock to grab.Grab game is good, but remember following up grabs aren't always the easiest or most efficient option.
I guess this match has some good Fox gameplay, it's one of my AiB ranked matches against a high-ranked move abuser I lol at my last kill on this vid every time, it gets good after my first kill:

Be warned that it's completely dependent on DI, and MK may be able to SDI+Nair out of it before you get a grab off.Not bad. I'll be taking that Up tilt lock to grab.
I saw high ranked and went "O.o"I'm not really sure how he got high ranked, but yeah...still not a bad vid.
I understand this is over wifi, so two assumptions can be made:I saw high ranked and went "O.o"
Well, some people I guess are really good at move abusing. I couldn't believe he was high ranked either. When he first challenged me I was like WOAH. He sounded like a jerk though, I was like "Hi!" And he responds "host."But yeah, I was watching that...kinda like... hmm... AiB is borken
and this is why i hate G@W. Bair Bair Bair, mindless Bair. its like part of your brain is allowed to shutdown when you pick characters like that. Dair is almost just as annoying.Well, some people I guess are really good at move abusing. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m585wkiOAFw
I guess you could put it that way, but I'n fine enjoying silent victory, I don't need to rub it in and provoke conflict. Besides I won, I was happy. Also the fact that I can savor this victory later in replays and with my friends. Notice how I said he was ANON although I still remember his real name. But that gives you clearence to laugh at them for possesing suckage. You can ridicule them of thier failure to use real skill that they developed by actually playing. Tell those who abuse to GTFO and stop maining characters specifically becuase they are broken.
Pikas dsmash? You can DI it every time, you should be more worried about Pika's QAC and his chaingrab. You've seen one Game & Watch, you've seen them all.
This the exact reason I dislike Pikachu.
I've never seen the down smash abused so much.
That looked really good. It made the tornado look like it sucked.I guess this match has some good Fox gameplay, it's one of my AiB ranked matches against a high-ranked move abuser I lol at my last kill on this vid every time, it gets good after my first kill:

*feels the need to go back to Pikachu*Lol ty everyone for the nice comments! I don't know about you guys but if you need a cp for Pikachu, Diddy is always a fun and easy character to win with, especially if you start timing and mindgaming like a pro. It's probably just me but I find it really easy to trap someone with glide tossing and smashes.
Anyways, back to Fox, I should be done with my combo video by tomorrow! I hope you all will enjoy it!
I usually mirror match Pika, actually. It's a fun(ny) match.Oh, sorry what were we talking about? Cp's for Pikachu? Does it really just depend on who else you're good with?
i see a brawl contradiction right there lol. and yeah anyone else your good with should do against Pika, well anyone else that can not have his CG manhandle you.*doesn't admit he likes to play Pikachu for easy wins sometimes*
Oh, sorry what were we talking about? Cp's for Pikachu? Does it really just depend on who else you're good with?
Actually, I don't have a problem with his other moves. I thought about going Peach for that match, then I thought "I'm going to need to get to the ground within a minute or Pikachu is going to **** me out of the sky."its not just the throw Veggi, its everything from Pika except B and down B lol. i'd just go peach against that rat anyway.
Well ESCOOSE ME. Maybe I get easy wins with Pikachu compared to other characters huh?i see a brawl contradiction right there lol. and yeah anyone else your good with should do against Pika, well anyone else that can not have his CG manhandle you.![]()
