Do you mind if I ask when are you getting Wifi Sonic Orochi? D:
- I'm thinking of getting a decent cable internet by next month. But since I'm moving on April, I dunno if it would be best to wait and get it after moving in order to prevent migraines when trying to transfer the telephone line.

pfft brazil isnt that far away. ive played wifi with people from italy and a few people from the US it hasnt been that bad :p
- Well, the main problem is that the internet connections here SUCK. And they're expensive as well. =\

Plus, Brawl wifi fails. =)

@D-tilt:
D-tilt has less ending lag than F-tilt.

its main disadvantages are that it's a little slower on startup, hits once, and has slightly less reach than F-tilt.

lol it proly is a new record

question.

i have one more advanced thing that i dont see people doing much, but its so basic i dont think i should put it on the front page.

basically, its when you are falling stop instictively airdodging and falling into your opponents move. instead if you can DI away try to space a back air, ive beaten snake up tilts this way.

and if you cant get away just wait till right before you land and do a neutral air, the tiny bit of shield stun sometimes gives you enough time to roll away.

what do you think?

@chis
you dont have a point of view, you usually just hop on what SL says.

and if you do have an opinion id love to hear it, as long as you are being tactful and not bringing negativity into my thread

aaaaaaand, no more talking about other threads, or that stupid flamewar.

This thread is for AT discussion, don't get it closed :(

Edit: Hmm, I woulda thought Nair's dumb landing lag would be the problem... I guess you could try and time it right tho. I'll have to test that out.

Useful, but it doesn't really work when you fastfall, unless you drop from a big height.

Ignorance.

I barely see SL let alone join in your little spats.

it does...

i have a theory

we all know that n air has 3 differnt phases of attack.
i think that if you land on the ground during each of the 3 phases, they all have different amounts of end lag. and i think the 1st phase has the least lag.

a lot of you play lucario or ike, so when you land on the first part of sonics n air its like landing either of their n airs

I felt this is more relevant for this thread:

and @ tenki, i knew it wasnt a spinshot with momentum. if you really look close enough, you can see that he just double jumped and dashed...
well, okay, not really.

but I was wondering - alot of people tend to hold shield for quite a while against Sonic, especially during spinshot, because you know, Sonic's going to B-air you.

So I wonder if anyone's ever done spinshot over/behind>fastfall behind + grab

oh okay. to answer that question, anyone who doesnt ,should. I do it alot if they arent aggresive and try to hit me while spinshotting.

Pathetic.

And you call SL a douche for ignoring people.

And you have eyes so I know you read this post.

It's been so long since I played this that I may have mixed some stuff up.

Or maybe sleepiness is making me remember things wrong. =|

:096:
This may be true XD. IASA frames make it one of sonics most versatile moves. nowadays all you see is sonics going dtilt>dtilt>grab/utilt/ftilt/fair/uair/steak

Also, isn't its startup the same as ftilt? I believe thats what DJbrowny's data said.

P.S.

How do y'all pronounce IASA?

I pronounce it Eye-Ah-Sah, at least in my head, lolz.

I know. There's no point arguing to people who don't listen.

So I can't be bothered.

I think djbrowny is off on that one since I find that the firs hit of the Ftilt is a frame or two faster than the Dtilts hit. So not really sure.

So, first hit of U-air has set knockback (truth). This can be useful especially useful on certain characters. Do a grounded spring which they will land on. They will fly up with you. Imagine Anti-thingy combo, but started with first hit of U-air. This doesn't work on heavy/big characters, like Bowser or Crapton Flacon. This works extremely on Mario and characters like him. He immedeatly gets on the spring after the hit up. You and Mario go up synchronized. U-air from the spring doesn't work on him, N-air, D-air and B-air do though.
HOLY FACKING SHIZ,

This is freaking huge. its going in the OP immediately
