I don't dislike BWD, but it would stink if he was the only new Kirby rep we got next game, if only because my most wanted Kirby reps only work when you already have the 4 modern Kirby guys in already.

That's partially why I want him in already, because it's easy for people to get antsy over whether their own wanted character even has a chance over the more blatant popular and frankly obvious choice from the same respective franchise. So BWD + Magolor, Dark Matter, or anyone else with merit would be a nice compromise after all this time waiting.

Kirby does have a diverse and fun cast, but we've been having to push so hard for BWD, that I'm willing to be satisfied when he gets in. But I'd always welcome more.

I may or may not have said this before, but if Goemon ever gets into Smash, I'd love to hear new remixes of Theme of Mystical Ninja with elements of Stage 1 (Ganbare Goemon! Karakuri Dōchū), I Am Impact, Kai Highway and Transformed Oedo Castle.

Bandana Dee is easily the best choice for a Kirby newcomer, no arguement thete. But for an extra newcomer I always advocate for Galactia Knight. And I dunno why, probably because I like his design a lot. And the idea of a potential Meta Knight clonish character with extra power and range would be a nice contrast to the Meta Knight play style too.

I'm good with Bandana Dee and Magolor if either or both get in. In terms of a Kirby villain, my main pick is Dark Matter. And no, I've been a Dark Matter wanter long before their reappearance in Planet Robobot. Planet Robobot just gave them more moveset potential.

I don’t play a whole lot of handheld games outside of Pokemon so I’ll go with one of my favorite Pokemon, Cofagrigus. That one’s a bit of a pipe dream so I’ll go with Zoroark if we’re keeping things somewhat realistic.

Kyle Hyde, Ashley Robins, and honestly a good number of Unova Pokémon (Chandelure if I had to pick the most likely out of the ones I'd like to see). If you want to count international debuts as an honorable mention, then also Starfy.

Didn't really forget them but also wanted to include Chorus Kids if they end up being the Rhythm Heaven character, since I've said in the past I'm not picky as long as it's a more off the wall pick (AKA not Karate Joe or the Wandering Samurai).

Alongside this, a character that I'd honestly be fine with even if they're not really in my wanted list, nor do I know how they'd work as a Smash character: Dr. Lobe from Big Brain Academy lol

Honestly having an actual Nintendo console as a fighter would be a hilarious joke character. Hell, we've already had ROB for three games straight now; it's not that much of a stretch.

...That said, which console would have the best moveset potential? The DS/3DS lines would have some decent freedom, what with their stylus and clamshell designs. I'd also say the Wii could work something out of a Wiimote and Nunchuck as limbs. And the Famicom/NES could probably work something out of the million bajillion add-ons it got

I think Kamek could be a cool addition but it annoys me whenever I see anyone who wants him solely to have a "second Yoshi rep" because it just completely ignores how impactful he's been in the various Mario series, like hosting two of the last three Mario Party games or his appearances in the various RPG series.

I used to not really care for Kamek because I was a TTYD kid (I thought Kammy was really fun and goofy) and Kamek hadn't really hit his stride yet, but I've come around a lot on him as he's had more prominent roles and bigger things to do. I really like that he's basically a father figure to Bowser and now also tries to help raise Jr. right while being a goof in his own way, and that he's now consistent in that role across pretty much all Mario media (though I do wish Kammy could get a cameo in a Paper Mario game if she's not gonna stick around, but I also feel that way about Toadsworth, so).

I think he would be a good addition for Smash, I just feel like his issue is that while he's a major antagonist in the Yoshi series, he's definitely more of a Mario character, so it's hard to know where to place him, because he either gets lumped into the Mario roster and has competition there, or he gets lumped into the Yoshi roster which the team may not even care about expanding, given Yoshi's been on his own for Smash's entire history. Then again, the same can be said for Falcon, and he definitely has candidates, so who knows.

Also an excuse to mention about how it's almost been a month since our last Nintendo Switch Online releases(Shadowman and Turok 2 released on the 28th). Some more NSO games soon would be nice, Nintendo.

Donkey Kong Land is pretty nice, as I think it had some original stuff in it not in the SNES version compared to the other Land games, though too bad it's the only game. DK94 would've been nice.

Actually one of my most wanted newcomers right now.

The character's writing and personality are among my favorite in the Mario series and, given all the crazy powers he's displayed throughout both the Yoshi series and Mario series, I honestly think he'd make for a genuinely unique "mage" type fighter.

...Admittedly seeing a second character with the Yoshi series icon would also be cool and help the franchises stand out on it's own more in Smash, but only on the basis that Kamek is a character who (in my opinion, at least) actually deserves to join the roster fully on his own merits.
