I was 7 years old when Smash 64 came out and I took it serious after like 2 or 3 months not even joking we turned items off and everything :dr^_^:

I wish I could go to tournies. I missed the biggest one in canada even though it was only about half an hour away from where I live...

I'm sure I wouldn't do horrible, I'm the best out of my group of friends. not expecting to win anything major though.

I was a serious Smasher when I was 7. I mean it depends on your definition of serious. I played everyday and I was quite good at the game, I was dedicated. Back then, I wanted to get better and better.

I was arguably more serious than I am currently.

When I was 7, the only Nintendo systems were NES and Gameboy

Edit: Actually, SNES was apparently released when I was 5 but I don't remember seeing it until much later

characters do not mean anything. The game's mechanics and physics mean the most. If the game had the same speed and physics as melee, I would say the game would be amazing. However, the game is going to be much slower than melee (when observing the gameplay videos like mario fighting bowser) because nintendo is stupid and is appealing to the young generation of video gamers that liked brawl.

Ok I got the story straight

Time seems like it passed different back then, things that only happened a year apart seem a lot longer in my memory

I got my first Nintendo console in 1990, the year super mario bros 3 was released. It was my first game. I think it came bundled with the system.

Though I think we got the system at a pawn shop. I'm not sure, I was a friggin' 5 year old.

Apparently, 1 year later the Super Nintendo was released.

Though I didn't ever SEE an SNES until at least 1993, when I was 7.\

I got my first SNES in 1995 or 6. It was bundled with Killer Instinct. So when I was 8-9 depending on when
