Like really high! Assuming Japan Only retros are okay, which I don't see why not. I'd pick Lip from Panel De Pon. What I did was added Lip and had Samurai Goroh as the Samurai character.

It's okay, I think Vaati is the best choice after Ghirahim, Toon Zelda, Tetra, Ganon, Toon Ganon, Groose, Impa, Saria, Darunia, Rupin, Midna, Happy Mask Salesman, ReDead, Demise, and Pinkle.Aww, why no Vaati Saturn? I thought we had something special going on.

I guess Mach Rider could work if his Motorcycle shot lasers and went straight forward. Then the motorcycle problem would be fixed and the other weaponry could function differently.

I don't really expect any specific retro characters. Not to say I don't think we'll get one. Just that I don't see anyone in particular standing out from any of the others.
Bubbles from Clu Clu Land....I guess. Duck Hunt Dog could work.
I would see something similar to Ghost Rider to a degree.
