My bet is on a picture of Mario, Link, Kirby, and Pikachu.
I want it to be something else, but...
If it is, then Yoshi, Cap, or Ness.
Not Jiggs yet.

I kind of expect a veteran rather than a newcomer. If veteran,Wario,Cap,or Ness. If Newcomer,K.Rool or Waluigi.

Sheik wasn't necessarily meant to appear in Twilight Princess just because they made concept art of her. If she was meant to appear in Twilight Princess she would have done.

Part of the Ocarina bias stems from it's time of release. It came out before Melee. Melee of course being the time in which the Zelda playable cast went from one to five. Naturally the moves derive from this time and therefore the game. Brawl made some changes but not a huge amount.

The spectre of Ocarina still looms large over Smash. I love that game, I played it today in fact so it's not so much a criticism as an observation. Midna is not out of the question but between Ocarina's bias and Skyward I can't see much reason to put Midna in. Brawl would've been the time to do so.

mario didnt get a rep in brawl techincally. Maybe just like kirby in brawl they can add two since one wasnt given in the previous installment. No kirby rep in melee than we got two in brawl. Heck, zelda got about 3 newcomers in melee and still got one in the next game.


Any chance that tomorrow or even another time he might reveal two characters in one day?

You realize that the developers may change their minds during the development of a game, right? At one point, Sheik was meant to appear in TP, otherwise the designers wouldn't waste time in drafting her a new design.

It ended up being used on Brawl, but even if that design didn't exist, Sakurai's team could have designed a new TP-inspired Sheik anyway. I mean, Pit did get an entirely new design, didn't he?

At E3 he'll reveal King K. Roll, Little Mac, Palutena and Ridley :troll:

That would probably be the most hype moment in all of gaming (for me). Especially as I doubt two of the characters slightly (Mac and Ridley) and I blantantly disregard one (King K. Rool), yet they are some of my most anticipated newcomers. I don't know what I would do... I would probably explode. Like last E3 (Wii Fit, Villager, and Mega Man) didn't really do anything for me.

Anyway, I think we might get something, simply because Falcon and Ness have essentially no other chance to get a reveal date, and both are obvious characters.

Someone probably has answered you as I am typing but there was a member here who had the name of Deity in it. I refuse to utter his full name in believe that might summon him back.

He caused a lot of fights and refused to correct his behavior so he was banished. He was a headache to deal with. I do agree the legendary debate between him and @Swampasaur was a sight for the ages.

anyway I'm thinking july is better for the falcon and ness to show up. but i'm assuming smash bros will release in November.

I still think were getting wario and not some 4 character thing, i'd love to be wrong though.
