The cops out here are brutal. 2 months probation for suspicious trespassing. They charged with petite larceny as well. Which is a real stretch. Legally larceny refers to moving private property from it's original place, but LEGALLY, it's only used to refer to stealing. To avoid court and pass this off as a misdemeanor, I had to play up mental illness. This is the downside of a small town. Cops get so little action that they treat a minor offense like a murder.

Allergies are a lot harder to go away, though it does happen SOMETIMES.
Well, then I have some hope, albeit small.

I dunno what small town you're from, but it sounds like the cops there are "power trips with badges". I never had any problems with such, but from what I've heard and read, they're quite disgusting.

That reminds me: years ago (2006), I went to Spokane, WA for about three months. One day, the people I was in a car with were pulled over. Apparently, they and the cops have had a bitter history with one another. So one of the cops ask for my ID, in which I obliged without question. He goes to check my background. Upon doing so, I hear him say with a surprised tone in his voice, "What? He doesn't have a criminal record?". Look, just because I'm dark-skinned, of Puerto Rican decent, and live in Springfield, MA, does not mean I live by the common stereotypes that plague my race, you jerkoff! Ugh!

Police brutality is a big issue for me. But that's neither here nor there. That guy really does sound like a jerk. I would have find it hard not to slug him. A friend of mine likes to joke about a common criminal offense in my town. "Driving while hispanic". I'm not sure how much truth there is to it. When I was caught trespassing
stealing a yardsale, but they didn't know that
, the owner was driving home. He shouted profanity at myself and my friend. Grabbed my friend. Pinned him to the ground. I did a running slide under the gate. Got paranoid, thought I would be flattened by his SUV. Ran three miles in the woods. Friend gave up my name after the owner sprained his arms. Sad day for both of us. Went to the hospital after suffering panic attack, no time to cuff me. Detective was a feminist, with a hard-on for drug users. Flashed her gun once, too. Clearly obsessed with authority. Flaunting her authority by ordering months of probation.

That's dangerous and irresponsible! There are young, impressionable children on this website. You should be ashamed of yourself. You can redeem yourself by writing me a check for $25.

I played an mmo (FFXI) for four years, and quit because the girl I met on there moved in with me, etc etc. (Been over this several times)

Anyways, I had so many friends on there, and we said we'd stay in touch, but we didn't. We all forgot about each other, except one. Kinda sad, I remember doing boss runs with them, tried to contact them, but never got in touch.

Yeah, there are several people I've met online who just seem to have vanished. There is but a tiny handful I keep in touch with, but that's about it. It's depressing when I think about it, how people can just come and go like that. =___=

The thing currently bothering me: I need my own internet! I'm sick of leeching off a neighbor's smelly router. Hell, for all I know, it will help ease some of my wi-fi lag problems! I'm so getting my own internet next month! >__<

Wow dude that really sucks. How did they get ahold of your money?

I kinda know how you feel with the body falling apart thing. Physical therapy has been helping but my body still gets itself in a mess sometimes. Lately its been my sacrum rotating out of place which makes my *** hurt like hell, my right leg gives out, and my hip pops out of place which makes one of my legs a lot longer than the other. Its like wtf?? Then my ribs rotate downward and get stuck so I can't expand my lungs. I need to be oiled or something.

Thankfully the physical issues are my only real problem right now. Hope things start looking up for you, eventually once you've been through enough, most issues will seem trivial to you.

Thats my whine for the day.
I live in a coop. Apparently they played smash brothers downstairs every day for the last 2 years, but then the guy with th gamecube moved out, so they asked me to put my wii in the rec room at the beginning of this semester. Everything was fine until a couple days ago. Now I don't have the wii, SD card (it was a hacked wii), memory card, brawl, melee, 3 controllers, and Phantasy Star Online limited plus edition. A lot of that stuff is irreplaceable.

Also, not to play the 'I have it worse game' but I have hidradenitis suppurativa and it hurts basically to touch anything with the afflicted areas, and there are other "unpleasant" effects. Don't look it up if you're squeamish.

I wish I was dead. I've been wishing I was dead for more than half of the 21 years I've been alive. Why is it so hard to end it? Why can't I just pay a fee, push a button, and finally stop being miserable.

I just looked it up, and wow, you really do have it bad. From your post, I'm guessing you've a very severe case of it. I can understand the "wanting to die" part, but you shouldn't give in. Hell, you made it this far, and for all you know, they'll have found a cure at some point during your lifetime. Stay strong, man.

I love how people will ignore me and then mess with me only if I say something that they deem stupid.

I'm dealing with this kind of drama a little bit over at another forum. Then again, it seems that a number of people who go there from Louisiana are a bunch *******s that I shouldn't even bother giving the time of day to.

The only problem is that I'm too nice and assume there is good in people only to have that feeling crushed again and again. I sometimes feel it's because they think I'm some naive idiot because I'm younger than them and think I don't know jack about what they think they're experts on.

Wow, that's exactly what I go through. It's bullsh*t like that which gives me trust issues with people. Even worse is when one is outright betrayed (but that's a different topic altogether).

The way I see it, just do you: keep posting, and so as long as you post something that contributes well, then that's all that should matter. At least that's what I do. One's postings can't be overlooked forever, right?

It doesn't bother me that they overlook me. It's when and why they bother with me is what irks me.

Whatever this other forum is, it sounds like it's full of bored trolls with nothing better to do or say to fellow members. I can understand that, seeing as I go through that myself at times.

The internet is full of trolls who say stupid **** they know they cant get away with irl. Dont let it bother you, just keep on doing what you're doing, it is the internet after all. No need to get upset over what someone says on the internet because odds are, after they log off their computer, their real life is significantly worse than yours is.

pfft, my life is fine and if you only troll behind a computer and not even in real life, that is pathetic.
My life isn't worse just because I tend to laugh at the expense of other people.

Today I was thirsty after second period, so while strolling to third, I took out my water bottle, unscrewed the cap, and took a sip of water. I lowered my hand, high fived my homie Garret, and turned the corner into the science wing. Next thing I know, this douchebag walks up next to me and "accidentally" knocks my water bottle on the floor. I keep walking Then I say "Bro, I dropped a water bottle back there." And he says, "So? Its not my fault you dropped a water bottle." with a smug look on his face. So I punch hin=m in the face. Not that hard mind you, I'm left handed and he was walking on my left side. I would be pretty surprised if he had a mark. But he shut up. For the rest of my life I'm going to be wondering if he intentionally knocked that water bottle out of my hand.

3. you sound like the bully in this situation.

I just recently let up on my religious morals and started getting laid a lot more..

I was trying to hold off untill marrige but i finally gave in...i wanted it to be somthing speial i shared only with my wife. Now i have a snowball in my hand and im standing at the top of a hill peering down...should i let the 'snowball effect' roll down?? i know of 2 girls i have a chance with right now for sure (ones a mom lol ) ...Not sure what i should do...really torn actually.

that's a really tough question that I think is more suited to what you want. I highly doubt many girls actually save themselves for marriage. I know a looot of christian chicks, and I know that like 4/5ths of them aren't virgins anymore.

1. I care...

2. I didn't put him on the ground, and you wouldnt be able to put me on the ground:)

3. I see how it seems that way, but i should mention that this guy is your typical worst bully in the school that every high school has, who has no sincere expression of emotion or thought whatsoever and spends all his time berating or antagonizing less confident kids.

I'm going to get evicted. Somebody broke the ping-pong table in the rec room, and everyone thinks it was me because I was upset about being robbed. I really didn't do it though. Someone prolly came in drunk off their *** and sat on it.

I actually tried to see the positive side for once but there is none. This is just god kicking me in the teeth yet again.

How can you get evicted off of an intuitive guess instead of actual hard evidence? If you truly knew you didn't break the ping-pong table, then you shouldn't have to worry about getting evicted.

Don't you at least have some sort of alibi?

The landlord doesn't need evidence. She can kick me out because of the color of my hair if she wants to.

Of course I have an alibi. It was 4:00 - 7:00 a.m. I was asleep. But thanks for assuming I did it (like everyone else) because I can't prove I didn't. What's your alibi? Can you prove you were in Oregon from 4:00 am to 7:00 am yesterday?

I'm with Cherry on this one, Numbers. Chill. Cutter wasn't accusing you of a **** thing.

Just relax and be honest. You get all worked up over this and somebody is bound to "pin the blame on the hyped-up jackwagon." Generally how it works.

P.S. I'm still a little drunk, so sorry if I come off as a bit stand-offish.

I am in cognitive rehab to fix my memory loss, but my short term memory is deteriorating too fast for the treatment to work. It's starting to interfere with everything I do. I'm trying to learn Brawl, I'll constantly forget what happened seconds ago, and can't react. I'm trying to watch Boardwalk Empire. But I can't recall what's happened by the time a new episode rolls around. It's very depressing, and if anyone has any coping strategies, I would be in your debt.
