I suspect that's probably some Japan-version only thing. Granted, I don't have any factual proof as to why that would be the case, it's just a gut feeling.

I've been considering getting p4a because I'm bored of EX, and it doesn't look like CP will be coming out anytime soon.
I still don't even really like the game that much, and I wouldn't be able to fight any of you because of xbox, but I need something to use my clickity-clacker for.

Is there any other FG you might be interested in picking up? I only say that because P4A plays pretty different compared to BB, and it may not be worth it if you're not really interested.

Nah, Capcom fighters are out of the question and i've tried KoF but that didn't stick. 
I wouldn't say I have no interest in p4a. Maybe I'll even end up liking it a bit more after playing it some? idk, I have been considering it for a few weeks now (albeit, fairly passively until today) and I have made no headway.

Also, on a BB related note, N-Otoko is starting to do some really interesting stuff with Rachel's new move. I may not end up hating her as much as I thought I would if he keeps it up.

I never thought of this, but I hardly would ever play a fist character in ArcSys games. I would, however, play Bullet if she had a ponytail.
Burning my hands as I mold craft foam for metal pieces....Noel cosplay for PAX East....T-Minus 2 days of cosplay nightmares just to dress as one of my favorite BB ladies xD

El Fuerte cosplay would be ridiculously easy since you'd just need some tight white leather pants and a Rey Mysterio mask.

So...spent about an hour so far messing around with Mu in Training and Challenge mode today to see if my thoughts on making her a secondary in CP would be a good idea. Been enjoying it as a strange change of pace from Noel (and technically it's staying true to my main without playing the character, lol), but it's a little odd since I kinda feel like I have little idea what to do other than basics like AA 6A>2C>jC>jC>j.2C, and the sort of 5B>2C>3C(? is that it?)>63214C stuff.

You don't get much damage off of her midscreen starters without counterhit, crouching hit, or meter. She's very strong in the corner however, and she does have good corner carry. I can list some better combos for you, if you like, or if you have any specific starters in mind.
Mu's combos aren't particularly hard (the optimal stuff can be a bit tricky occasionally), but it's weird to understand the flow of her gameplan, at least at first. I recommend playing with her a bit to get a feel for her as well.

One thing that I wondered about at first (though it sort of seems like it's making sense the more stuff I see) is the D usage in the middle of combos. It seems in a sense that it's there to keep the combo going or allow for a little bit of better positioning, but I'm not sure. I know from trying the first 10 challenges in challenge mode that the transitioning from Grab> Dash 6A> j.2C that I have trouble with that and am unsure of the usage of it. I do know that a couple of the anti-air and corner combos I know of, basic as they are seem simple and familiar enough, but one thing that always kind of makes me unsure with characters such as this is stuff like delay and spacing moreso than with rushdown characters.
That being said though, I assume that a charged Sword of Decimation does more damage, but is it faster coming out, or safe on block? Or does it take a primer or anything like that? Plus I'm sort of curious on the application of 236A, whether her DP is air-unblockable, and if 6C is something Tager can Sledge through. Sorry if this is asking for too much info on it at once, but I just figured I'd ask what came to mind. And for what it's worth, I did notice that it almost seemed more combos of hers were Counterhit ones than not.
