Yeah, I admit if I could pull it off well I would, but that doesn't mean not gonna dislike it.

If by 'lacking balls' you mean 'playing smartly' then I agree!
Although I'm not going to stick with him, I gotta admit there's a certain appeal to playing as Hakumen because you're winning if both players are doing nothing.

Reminds me of a Zangief player in SSFIV that messaged me calling me a pu**y.

And it's his fault for him losing to my keep away strategy in the first place.
Something similar happened in BBCS as well. It ended up me winding away to gain a time out.

That guy actually understood.
My Rachel's different now though. Tager matchup's still... meh.

I remember reading a comment saying that Valkenhayn is "too strong as he is right now" in the same article that listed changes in the first loketest. Did they mean Valkenhayn that's being shipped soon or Valkenhayn in CSII?

Okay sure. First off, your normals aren't super great. Your 2B no longer functions as a great anti air, so you have to be very cautious pre curse. When you can, run away and use curse cloud + bell bug to stack up meter. Your major spacing tool is jB -> 5A6B j6D. That's going to net you the most consistent damage.
Your pre-curse pressure's gonna be very bad. Maybe jB->2AA-> 6A/2B. Followup 6A with 5D.
Your major goal in precurse blockstrings is to tag them with D attacks safely. Cancel a blocked 5D with a teleport or a jump away. Against people who you know will block, you can get away with 5D -> jD. And jD at the lowest possible point is plus frames.
Post curse, go nuts with 50/50s. Make them block 6A then do either 2B or rising jA. Use the bugs to hitconfirm into wheel loop.
This man is better than all of you.

Just cause the Haku Tager match up is just endless 6C's from Haku, (while it's how it should be played), doesn't make it any less boring.
Plus, any vids of Val from the arcade testing yet? I wanna' see him in action a bit more honestly.

Guilty Gear Elitism is sickening.
It's worse than Melee Elitism.

I barely use Lambda's supers. Once in a while I'll use a full screen Legacy Edge to get my opponent to block in a certain direction and then Act Parser in and do a low, overhead, or throw depending on where they block. It works on pretty much everyone but Bang (can use a D move to teleport), Carl (can use Nirvana as a shield), Arakune (can super jump and air dash away), and Jin (can use his own projectile super to beat mine out). Otherwise Lambda's meter is only really good for RC (and Astroll if you wanna be flashy).

I never understood why people compare them, it's not like Brawl and Melee, where the former is an adaptation of the latter, BlazBlue and Guilty Gear are completely different games, designed and composed differently and targeted at a different audience.
True, Guilty Gear took 8/9 years to get it right, it's like blaming a toddler for not being as sophisticated and refined as the adult.
The mindset that because it's harder, it's better is immature.
