Well this just dropped.

I haven't missed a JP/JW film yet and I'm interesting in what they're cooking.

SOURCE PLEASE!!!

Burnie, the former owner, reacquired the Rooster Teeth brand, though he posted a message that people shouldn't bug the people who used to work on it about coming back. (they're working on their own things, though if they do decide to come back, they'll announce it in their own time)

Day 6: Meowth (that's right)

Meowth is a bit of an interesting one because in Explorers of Sky specifically, he's ONLY available as a partner choice.

If they remake EOS, I'm curious if he'll be made available to the player as well, since all the player-exclusive Rescue Team starters were made available to the partner in the Rescue Team remake.

Then again it might not really matter given how Rescue Team DX added the ability to swap the character you're controlling so you can play as both the main character AND the partner. (Really good function by the way.)

A fairy type's worst nightmare.

Aggron's always been a Pokemon I'm fond of (its cry is epic) but then again, that's my overall fondness for the rock type speaking. It does hurt losing the rock STAB, but fighting and ground types aren't nearly as scary with the change.
Explorers getting an OR/AS, BD/SP style remake that only focuses on the first two versions would be hilarious just for the reaction of the fans, as Sky-exclusive player/partner Pokemon like Riolu, Shinx, and Vulpix are the popular picks.

Drew Elena. Been meaning to get to someone else from Street Fighter, and since she's up next, it felt like a good a time as any. She ended up being one of my favorites to use in Third Strike as well. Not that I'm a pro at that game, but she's cool.

This is simultaneously a hilarious and a terrifying thought. While Time and Darkness are excellent in their own right and built Sky's foundation, It'd really suck to miss out on not just the new starters but also the excellent Special Episodes.

Though I'd be really surprised if Riolu at least got skipped completely. Riolu is popular enough to have made it into Super Mystery Dungeon as the ONLY non-starter trio, non-Pikachu Pokemon to make it in as a hero/partner choice Skitty was robbed tbh. GameFreak and Chunsoft probably know how well-loved Riolu is among Pokefans and PMD players alike.

Not that I'd end up picking Riolu either way. I gotta recreate my Skitty-Cyndaquil "Team Can't See" combo. :4pacman:
