So I decided that I'm tired of giving Pokemon Violet a hard time. Yes it has its flaws but overall it's a solid game. Its not right for me to judge it so harshly. So I decided to start from scratch. Put all my mons in Home and start a new game. It was going great. I got my starter Fuecoco, I caught a lot of mons, then I made my way to school. Then the treasure hunt began and I made my way to the first Titan Pokemon, Klawrf. After a grueling battling, we beat it, then we went into the game and... the game crashed.

I turned off automatic saving so I could nature hunt for my starter

I forgot to turn automatic saving back on.

Guess I'll just kill myself.

Honestly, same. I feel kinda bad for it. GF wanted to make Medicham more memorable and it STILL ends up falling between the couch cushions.

Something I've never liked: WHY is Skarmory almost always depicted as antagonistic? It's a really cool Pokemon but...not only was it a jerk and the first boss in PMD Rescue Team, but in the anime especially, it's almost always antagonistic in some way. At best, it's a trainer's opposing Pokemon that Ash defeats without issue. At worst, it's a bully, used by evil trainers/Team Rocket, or an outright KIDNAPPER capturing innocent Pokemon or entire Mays just for kicks.

What did my precious metal bird do to deserve this???

As for MMBN2, I beat Knightman and ProtomanV1 and V2. V1 was easy enough, only needing like 2 attempts. Knightman took a bit, than I beat him, but was resetting to see if I could do a bit better, technically I did, since it took less time. Protoman V2 took a while. But Aqua seems like the way to go since he's fast. Just have to get used to his MMBN2 pattern, cause it's sort of the opposite of his MMBN1 pattern and once I learned that, I cooked him like 30 times grinding for the right chip. I finally got a Heat Style, with Heat Shield. So now depending on the situation, I'll go for Heat or Aqua. Speed or Power, more or less. Still, I'll need to re-adjust for how I'm gonna fight Thunderman's later versions, or Toadman V3.

Decided to polish up the Johto starters some more by giving them dual typings, new signature moves and new hidden abilities. Kalos was like a second time to shine for the Kanto starters, so I figured it was about time Johto got that chance too. This is some of what they'd get if Purore became reality.

The new Love-type moves I mentioned...

Passion Pulse: Love type version of Water Pulse that replaces confusion with infatuation. Special, 100 accuracy, 60 power.
Loyal Charge: Love type version of Wild Charge, a powerful move with slight recoil. Physical, 100 accuracy, 90 power.
Calming Blare: A status move that sends a blare of special, becalming energy at a foe, causing them to lose some of their will to fight and dropping their attacking stats by one stage each. 100 accuracy.
