The new owner of the Top 5 thread made it.

Ven really skewed up his wins. Like the fact he beat Z once but failed to mention he lost to him every other time they met. He listed like only two losses but a load of wins including sandbagged ones.

Not sure if I respect that...

After I won against Z ive only played him one other time. So derp. and the fact that I lost to him all those times before I won means I actually learned what I was doing wrong so.

and if you want you can ask everyone i listed individually if they sandbagged cause from what I remember Rich Brown was pretty mad when he lost to me.

Ven why do you always neglect to mention that your win against RB was in POOLS in a tournament where everyone makes it out AND RB already had solidified first, so literally that win was irrelevant to his placing?

Anyways I'm just going to get illmatic to take me off that flop list, ill tell him mocha can be on or something.

I'll be damned if the "#1" Zelda doesn't even know how to recover with her.

So yeah, as far as I'm concerned, I have no place there, regardless of region/character I use. All my main point came down to was that I felt like it was unfair for other Zeldas who have put in more work into going to tournaments using Zelda and have results to show, whereas Vinnie posted one result and that's all that mattered.

Frankly the thing's a joke if you ask me. The Link list is missing several of the best people. Top 2 I can see, 3&4 are good but their are better and '5th best' I've beaten consistently several games in a row (I wondered what he was talking about being 5th best).
It's also ironic how there was a big problem with the Link boards having a tier list years back (ultimately resulting in AiB's Link forums being by far the most active character boards) and then someone takes the premise to a new level.

He's just won every tournament here, except for one... but well, we're already planning how to put it there to make sure he's added :/

Well what type of list are you asking for?
Who we think is best from 1st to 5th or who we think deserves to be on the list?

Because if I think Zelda A is the best Zelda on the planet, but Zelda B and Zelda C and been putting much more work into her, and have many more consistent results, I think Zeldas B and C should be above A.

but if were just doing it by who we think is best then it's a bit silly, because people like Cour would just have DM first though he doesn't even play anymore and the list would be a lot more biased, essentially a popularity contest.

I simply didn't know ScaryL or your wins, Fuujin because it's really hard to follow a character who's players rarely ever do anything in tournament.

I figured that if I changed the list and people started *****ing, it would motivate them enough to post their wins/results.. and it obviously did.

As far as I was concerned, Raptor and Cheese were both better wins than a lot of Zeldas have accomplished, so I put him on. Apparently I was wrong, and now it's fixed.
