Thankfully, Anne at least says "But what monster? Nothing too dangerous. We don't want anyone to actually get hurt.", insisting that they don't summon anything that could actually put the townspeople in danger-

Iroha: "Approaching us when we're vulnerable... I... My wish was to cure my sister of her chronic illness. I didn't know that then they would target her to become a magical girl too... Sentencing us to one day become Witches or die fighting for the universe's sake..."

Their theft of one leads to them being chased by angry toad and frog warriors from a town living in a cold region, including one riding a sky goat itself, Sprig then states that they need cursed obsidian to amplify it's dark energy, which they mine from a cavern made of almost nothing other than near-pitch black cursed obsidian crystals, and which provokes an pitch black octopus to try and attack them, and finally, Anne claims that they need candles...for an evil ritual vibe. Polly notes that the books says nothing about candles being required for the ritual, but Anne just claims "Trust me, it's a thing." before spotting some campfire scented candles on the store shelf and picking them up...And sees Loggle standing right behind it, scaring all three of them-

-At this point, their effort to summon a treasure-eating chicken monster reaches comedically absurd levels as the imagery of the ritual they're conducting has some...pretty clear parallels-

That's probably the song from UT I've heard most compared to Touhou. The one from Deltarune I've heard compared to the series' music the most is probably The Field of Hopes and Dreams. After listening to some of the series' songs myself, I can hear why.

-Hop Pop, shaking his hand, hammily tells Sprig "Play the forbidden note!", at which point Sprig blows into the flying goat horn, sounding off a booming war sound. Hop Pop then also hammily declares "Corrupt it's sacred message...!", at which point Anne and Polly place the fragment of cursed obsidian into the horn. This causes the horn to produce a far more warped and inconsistent sound. This seems to work as a giant red beams, thankfully not harming Anne or the Plantars, emits from the circular symbol drawn on the ground, shooting up into the sky. After it dissipates, the candles are extinguished and the symbols stop glowing. From there, the tone completely shifts as Hop Pop cheerfully asks "Alrighty then! Now, who wants Stumpy's?", The other three all shout "Whoo!" as they excitedly walk off to go get dinner at their welcome back party-

Eh, maybe someday. :V Prior to having both show up as actual TV shows that some of the characters here know and watch, I actually seriously considered bringing the Amphibia and Owl House characters and settings into the roleplay. The only reason I didn't earlier was because I was worried it'd be too time-consuming to introduce so much with how long the Toffee and Alliance arcs were lasting

Yeah, two of them largely take place in separate worlds altogether, and while Dipper and Mabel and Anne and her friends all live in California, neither group from either show spend most of the series in their home state or city compared to where they're sent and transported to, respectively. Luz, meanwhile, lives in another State entirely. That makes connecting them a bit difficult, as does the fact that Anne and Luz spend much of their respective shows trapped in a specific dimension while interdimensional travel is a free action for almost every world here. If I do ever have them show up, the question of 4th wall and meta stuff aside, I'd have to write in an excuse for why at least the source material's dimensions or otherwise their version of Earth can't be easily accessed all of the sudden

Yeah, they wouldn't know about the other dimensions involved or that alternate dimensions are involved at all, but the Earth locations from each show have enough mysterious and supposedly outright paranormal activity that it's logical that the Magical Girls could have found out about them while scouting for locations to expand their operation
